I went into this clinic for a flu injection, while sitting in the consulting room with the nurse the receptionist kept coming in and asking questions about the computer, very unprofessional and no privacy what do ever

Over many years, I've relied on the expertise and commitment of the medical staff, usually at very short notice. Daily, I reflect on the privileges I enjoy.

I have attended the clinic for a number of years and regularly see Dr Garner and have found her to be one of the most caring and thorough doctors I've had the good fortune to see. On the occasions I've seen other doctors in the practice they have also been equally professional.

I see dr Jennifer Garner for the first time here. She is so caring and i am never seen any other doctor like her before. I am so thankful of her, so my i can manage my disease well.

I wouldn't recommend it because you are told its bulk billing, you see another doctor and its not

I made Telephone consult at 11.50 AM, I got email confirmation from them and 3 reminders about this appointment. I had call from doctor at 2.00 PM.

Pathetic disregard for human health. I visit the Bentleigh and Clayton branch, but they were booked out. Woke up with a painful UTI with blood, booked a appointment with the Chadstone clinic as they were the only place available as I need antibiotics ASAP. Receptionist called me 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment to cancel it as I have not physically been to the clinic in the last 12 months despite my expressed concerns regarding my extreme UTI. Do not go here for your health. HORRIBLE!

Booked a covid vaccination online. For my 2nd booking I didn’t get a confirmation for the booking or a reminder for the appointment. I believe it might be a system issue as my details should be okay as I received the email for the 1st vac.
Reporting to reception that they might have an issue felt hopeless and I got a “it is not in
My job description” kind of response.
Dr Allen was extremely friendly!

I went to see a doctor for kidney pain I turned up 7 minutes late and I tried to reach them on the phone but it was engaged and when I arrived the doctor had gone home this is duscusting behaviour

Do not try Dr Barbara Ngai for sure! Supposed to give a normal consultation but she gave a Surgery level C instead (she just bother slowly explaining everything again knowing that there was already a complete client profile from last visit). So the price went from $75 to $120. And the insurance can not be claimed straight away because she was a new doctor (?) Definitely not recommend. Should give 0 star.

This clinic is out to loot you! Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

My partner visited this clinic and was charged $75 for a 1 min consultation for a referral letter to get a Covid test before her travel overseas. Moreover, they billed it under MDS item 23 "Surgical consultation" - absolutely ridiculous!

She has a Bupa full OVHC cover and this clinic is listed on their website, so we believed we wouldn't have to pay much out of pocket.
When we went to Bupa clinic outside Kmart Chadstone, the staff there told us that we should have gone to the My health clinic instead and they charge only $38 for the same which would be covered fully by the cover.

After a couple of days since the clinic had not explicitly mentioned that the reports need to be handed over to the patient and was mandatory to get a copy for travel, we called the clinic and the reception lady asked us to write it ourselves. However, we thought it would be best to get the clinic/doctor to write it for ethical reasons and lady agreed for us to come in person.
On reaching there, we were made to wait for 20+ minutes and on checking with the reception, looked like they wanted to bill her again for the visit. The lady even asked her if she has a medicare card. And when she said she was charged $75 already just for a referral and just needs the name written, since they weren't billing again, the doctor refused to write her name.

Doctors and such clinics need to get their act right and not treat humans as cash cows.

Professional doctors with great doctor to patient manners. The waiting time was reasonable and its bulk billed. The facilities are clean, bright and spacious. The front counter service staff was polite and perform their duties well. I have been there many times and I have recovered from all of my medical conditions which means the prescribed medications were accurate and effective. Chemist Warehouse Chadstone just a stone's throw away. Love it that the clinic is open seven days a week. The toilets are clean and well maintained. There are many doctors located at the clinic and the clinic have been around for many years which shows a test of its expertise. I highly recommend you to share this clinic with your family, friends and colleagues. Anna at reception has a major attitude problem and should receive some training on manners. They also tried to charge my daughter for a immunisation injection that was free. More training required.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Terrible reception, over priced and useless. I was charged over $80 as a university student suffering panic attacks from financial stress, from a supposedly 'bulk-billing' doctor, who provided absolutely no help and demeaned my mental illness and told me to pick up jogging. Not only this, he was 45 minutes late to the appointment, and our session lasted 5 minutes, as opposed to the original 'long' 30 minute session I had booked. Absolutely appalled by such a terrible practice.

Very professional medical clinic with great reception staff and doctors who are thorough and professional. Great experience!

Worst experience. I came to here for pathology. After one week, I call them to ask about the result, the reception told me they have got my result, I can make an appointment with Doctor afternoon. After arriving, they have a system error on computer, I just discuss with the doctor for 5 minutes, and the rest of the result still need to wait. So I left without any payment because cannot pay by a card that day. Then the rude reception calls me about the payment, and I also need to make an appointment with a doctor if I want to get my final result. Unhappy experience.

After reading some of these comments, I just wanted to leave a comment about the reception staff. They have been compassionate, understanding and more than helpful with any questions that I have had or just to simply make appointments to my specialists on my behalf. They greet me with a smile and are patient with my reminiscence of the past. I have and would continue to highly recommend to everyone I know. Keep up the good work ladies.

I called for information on an MRI, whilst the receptionist did not have the information, she assured me that she would contact me within half an hour with the information or an update. Sure enough, within half an hour, she had located the information and was given clearance by the doctor to give me the ok. I could not have asked for better service by my doctor and his support staff. Thanks guys, waiting for results is scary.

Worst clinic, got my appointment rescheduled 2 times and when I finally came in, I had to wait for 30min. I also had to pay even though the website said bulk billed. Not coming back!
