Medi7 Chadstone

I have gout making it impossible to physically attend the session, so I chose telehealth looking for a prescription. The appointment was @ 10: 15am and I was informed that the script would be sent via email. After about an hour I called the reception to ask what was happening, she rudely informed me to be patient and it would be sent by the afternoon. I called back @ 3: 15pm whilst limping around and guess what? They were closed. Not sure whether it is a lack of care or just plain incompetence but I suspect both. Hoping I can sleep tonight. The pain is debilitating. I will say one thing, they were certainly quick to call back asking for payment, that's for sure.

Brief consultations are advertised on the website, but are given at the discretion of the doctors. Despite having a 2 minute consultation, the doctor still decided to charge the price of a standard 20 minute consultation. Disappointing service.

I turned up without an appointment but was soon seen by a Medical Practitioner.
All the Staff were friendly, helpful and caring. Much appreciated

The staff at the centre are helpful and lovely plus Dr Efendy is always on time, patient, thorough and kind.

Always caring always eager to fit one in.do their utmost to ensure the patient is at the forefront of the practice, top nurses top pathology. Wonderful staff when we attend Medi7 we are treated like a member of a family.

It is a good place but if I try to make a booking my GP name is on there which I need to do again

This was my first visit to Medi7 at Chadstone. I did find it difficult to find, even though the receptionist had given me directions. Once there, I was attended to immediately. The staff were very pleasant & the Doctor was very nice. I would come to this practice again in the future.

I have been a patient at Medi 7 Chadstone for many years (Dr, Drakopolous in particular) and have always have satisfactory and dependable service. Short waiting times, polite staff and excellent medical advice. I highly recommend it to others.

They said over the phone that they would charge the same amount from Medicare to my private insurance but when I went to the clinic they forced me into paying $75 and said this would be covered by my insurance. When I called to complain over the phone the response I got was to go back to my insurance which makes no sense.they lied about what they would have charged me.

I have been seeing Tony for just over 30 years. The practice is very well run. The staff helpful and efficient When my regular doctor is busy I take anyone and I always get in very quickly and with good results.

Dr Drakopoulos is an excellent doctor knows what he’s talking about if not he’ll go the extra step to make sure he finds the answer very confident

I used to see Dr Drakopoulos 14 years ago for 4 years give or take
But
Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to leave the best doctor I’ve had all my life = huge regret
His colleague Dr Garner also an excellent doctor this is the first time I’ve met her
The doctor also has a great bedside manner and very confident

The staff are pleasant. The nurse checks my health status. She asks questions about my diet, my exercise regime, weight etc and checks my blood pressure. I can discuss relevant health issues. All the details are on data so they can track any changes in my health. This allows me to make changes to my lifestyle and enables me to live a better healthier life

I went there last Thursday to get check and I was diagnosed incorrectly and got told the wrong information by doctor Reza, it made me so sick for three days until I made an appointment to another doctor and checked me correctly. If the infections spread through out my body for that three days suffering, it will kill me. I hope this honest comment of mine will address doctor Reza to do his job properly and start caring about sick and in pain patients because we do pay for our medicares, it’s not nice to suffer from the pain and believing in yourself that the doctor wrong diagnosed is correct.

Moved to medi7 as it is closer to my home. Exceptional Service. Dr Jennifer Garner was great. And even their in house pathology (allied health) staff was just fantastic. Very professional.
