Went over a week ago for help with choosing a bronzer and applying it on my face as it was my first time. Lisa was super friendly, helpful and made it super comfortable for me. She recommended the Nars bronzer which has worked very well since I've started to use it! Thank you so much for your help!

Such great customer service from Harshini. She made my experience at Mecca so welcoming and friendly. I would reccomend her service to anyone that goes to Mecca.

The lady that goes by the name Parish I believe that’s how it’s spelled, is one of the most kind dedicated workers I have come across in Mecca. Every time I go into Mecca The Glen she goes above and beyond for me, she makes me feel so welcome. There are little things I noticed her do that just add a little extra touch to the customer care.

I felt sorry for the staff Sat 21st Jan, 23 because they were extremely understaffed with customers standing around waiting for help. The lovely person with pink nails and short blonde hair greeting at the door (I don’t know their pronouns unfortunately) and who tried to help me was very polite and apologetic about the wait for help.
Mecca Head office you need to recruit some more staff for this store on Saturday’s.

Very bad experience last tue 02.01.23, when I walked in, there were 2 ladies at the front greeting customers, but one lady was meant to be helping in the Mac section. One lady was super friendly while the other lady who had bleached her eyebrows (sorry I don’t know her name) was giving me weird looks, rolling her eyes for the questions I asked for with regards to lipsticks. Not being helpful at all, she carelessly answered my questions & not willing to be helpful at all. Please anyone who walks in there, be aware of this lady as she can ruin your stay in the Mecca’s Glen & can make yourself uncomfortable.

I came in looking for a birthday gift for my girlfriend and Moon knew exactly what to get her and she was super helpful and kind and made my day very happy:)

When my gf got the fragrance recommended by the amazing host Moon, one whiff was all it took before she passed out from the smell. It was so overpowering and fragrant that while half-conscious, she was able to read out the script of the whole bee movie word for word. I was surprised, gobsmacked, bamboozled outta my wits at the scene I was witnessing until God himself came down to remove the fragrance. But yes, good host. 10/10 would come again.

Moon (employee) was super nice to me, explaining and recommending me stuff. She was so helpful!

What can I say…. Bella (Manager) is an absolute gem. Has been an incredible help over the past few months giving the greatest advice and seeks assistance from her team to get confirmation when she’s not 100%. Memory like no tomorrow remembering what products she’s sold me to make sure the routine isn’t over saturated or pushing product for the sake of pushing product. Overall just a genuine person who represent customer service at its finest. We will always come back for Bella and her team.

Outstanding customer service.

Had to exchange an unused product (due to the product’s vessel changing dramatically). Even though I hadn’t used it - I was anxious/nervous about exchanging a makeup product, but it was such a smooth and easy transaction. I spoke to 2 different girls about it and they were both genuinely friendly and helpful.

Poor sales give me wrong indication and made me purchase wrong item. Very unhappy. Waste my money

Cathy was absolutely lovely and helpful! I had difficulty choosing new lipsticks and a facial moisturiser yesterday when I visited the store and she helped me trying quite a few to see what suits me the best. Unfortunately the store ran out the ones I was after but Cathy wrote all the details down for me so that I can buy online instead. She listened to what I was saying and I could feel that she’s trying her best to serve her customers. She is something I’d call a valuable asset to the company. Keep up the good work!

Went in and immediately was bombarded with staff asking if I need help. I get it, so I just decline and start browsing. I was straight up followed around the store, it made the entire experience uncomfortable. At one point I bend down to look at products and a I can see a staff member looking frantically around wondering where I went. Then when she spots me, she just stands behind me. Did they think I was stealing or something? I honestly have no idea. Really wierd.

I had the most pleasant experience this morning with Debbie. She helped me choose makeup and was very knowledgeable, I am very new to the makeup scene and she definitely taught me a lot. I'll be back!

Yaz was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient in helping me find the right products for my skin type, colour and needs, and also taught me how to use them. I was a bit daunted to walk in but left a very happy and satisfied customer!

Skye was friendly and helpful and guided me through the store. She made some great gift suggestions and helped me discover some products that interest me. The staff were really friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this store for personable and friendly service.
