I would like to thank and acknowledge Grace of Mecca Northland for helping to assist me in finding my colour match for a new bottle of born this way foundation. I needed a new one and she was very helpful in deciding the right shade for me, I also required to look at facial cleansers and she also had recommended tatcha cleansing oil, I just went for the purchase of the foundation but she was kind to provide a sample of the cleansing oil for me to try before I buy. Thank you!

I was at the northland store and was served by victoria she was amazing and super helpful and knowledgeable. I always find it very overwhelming when i go to makeup stores she made me feel very comfortable and helped me and listend to what my issue is with my pigmentation and took the time to show me how to cover it up and how to maintain. Her customer sevice was on point and i will deffinatley be returning to the store because of her! Thankyou you again victoria you helped me more the you know.

Spectacular customer service from Grace. I was after a dewy moisturiser and wanted some samples to try before I buy. Grace was so patient (the store was so busy at the time) and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain what would work well for my skin. Grace is an asset to MeccaMaxima not even a Dermatologist would take the time to explain things to me that well.

At a previous time, the girl accidentally gave me the wrong product. Which, I don't blame her as the packaging is almost identical. Anyway, a few weeks later I went to exhange the product but was in a little rush, the girl was very kind and very efficient. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! Excellent customer service - thank you!

I've visited Northland Mecca several times and have always been greeted by very helpful staff & assisted by their expertise.
Today, I bought a face product and also wanted to pick up my mecca beauty loop box. I was served at the cashier by Mira, who was quite abrupt - just asked me for my surname (I replied by giving her my card because my surname is short and hard to look up usually) ; she just ignored me & didn't include the beauty loop box even though she marked it off on the receipt that she did.
I asked another staff at the door who kindly assisted me with one.

Helpful staff and polite, who take their time recommending and trying different products with you.

I can't remember the name of the woman who served me, but she was amazing.

I don't normally wear any make-up, but she took the time to set me up with a little basics kit and show me how to use it all, I've worn make-up everyday since, and will defintly be going back to expand my kit.
