Got served by the loveliest queen, Pexie (I hope that’s how you spell) SOooo helpful and so knowledgeable! Will totally be back for all the recommendations and colour matching from her! Literally best experience I’ve had at Mecca!

I went there on a Wednesday morning and a young lady called Jenna helped me with eye make up. She was very friendly and informative. She was one of the best costumer service representatives I’ve seen in Mecca.

Love, love, love my new perfumes and I especially love the staff member who helped me (I’m so sorry, I can’t remember the name but she had a blonde ponytail and was at the front of the entrance.)

The thing is, I would have totally been okay with being ignored because there were so many people shopping like me at the same time and it was Thursday on a peak hour.

I was frantically rushing around for particular gifts and was a mess but this staff member was so nice that she personally looked for everything and also was very attentive. That’ s hard to see some days.

If I come back to Melbourne, I’m for sure coming back here to shop.

Was helped by a lovely lady named Amber. I was after a whole new face of makeup and she made the process so easy and gave her honest opinion which I appreciated! Thank you Amber!

Every time I visit the staff are so friendly and helpful no matter how busy the store is! Especially Cameron who helped me test and pick out a foundation shade recently (11/09/22) they’re a gem!

Love coming to Mecca. The staff are very helpful and it's always easy to find someone to help. They have given me some great suggestions.

Was served by Michael and he was super friendly and helpful. Helped me find moisturiser and primer and didn’t mind that I was taking a while.

As someone who doesn't know a lot about makeup, it was very daunting entering the store but a really nice staff member approached me and helped me out and she was phenomenal! She ensured that I got everything that I wanted, swatching me and patiently gave me recommendations, explaining the different types of looks and assisted me the entire time, while also making casual conversation and making sure I maintained comfort. For someone who doesn't wear a lot of makeup, it might have been an expensive trip, but because of her, I think very positively of my experience and I am inclined to come back to Mecca over any other makeup store.:)

This is just disappointing. I had to call highpoint and for them to apologise to me for your store. No one has picked up my call or assisted me and I've been calling the store back now for a good hour for at least 41 times. So highly disappointing on all the staff who can't be bothered to answer a phone, throughout the past hour. Whether or not your short staffed just quickly answering the phones isn’t that hard.

My friend and I had a wonderful experience shopping at Mecca today with Nadine's (not sure if I spelt her name right) help! We don't have much makeup knowledge at all but Nadine went out of her way to recommend many products that were within our range and style for a gift. We were so overwhelmed with the amount of products in the store but she helped us navigate around easily to get the best finds!

Had a beautiful experience in store with the team answering all of my questions/offering alternatives to the product I wanted that was out of stock - big shout out to Angie and Jessie for their help. AND to top it all off, one of the managers Tehana even walked me to the door while we chatted. Couldn’t have asked for better service, it was just magic!

We were helped by Rachel who is a miracle worker. Absolutely determined to get the perfect match for us and nothing was too difficult for her. She found a shade that my friend had been looking for for 5 years!

I’ve been to this store 3 or 4 times and each time the girls working there are so helpful and lovely. Much better service than their competitors. It’s a little pricey if you’re conscious about that but they do have something for every standard of make up in my opinion. Obviously much better quality than Priceline for example so you get what you pay for. Shout out to Steph today who was patient and helped me find the right product when the one I went in to buy had been discontinued!

I had (well, always have) the best experience at Mecca. I walked in tired, stressed, beaten down by the world and walked out with a beautiful and therapeutic little skincare routine and some amazing shampoo and conditioner and feeling refreshed and energised.

Thanks so much to Jessie who helped my tired self. Such good service; she is so present and listens to what you need and makes really thoughtful and helpful recommendations. I’m so grateful!

Side note: my hair has NEVER FELT SOFTER so if you’ll excuse me I’m feeling fabulous and off to kick some world butt

I was lucky to have Steph as my makeup artist for an appointment I booked this weekend for my birthday. She is insanely talented, I have never walked away from a makeup application feeling so pleased and happy with how i look. She communicated with me throughout the entire process and I felt comfortable enough to trust her judgment and allow her to do her thing! I'm genuinely so thankful that I had Steph as my artist, but the customer service from the rest of the girls was also lovely. Especially at such a busy time of the year I felt relaxed throughout the process. Thank you Steph!

The girls need to help better not ignore customers need to listen and act. How do I suppose to know what they have or not if I can't get any help.they told me to shop elsewhere.and then look at me weirdly why why all that confution not interested any more why should I buy things from you don't want any. I was waiting for 30 40 minutes for them to come to me. I am very upset and annoyed that people can do something like that. No more funny business this store is pathetic no one care anymore I don't know if I can go there any more should be better service at macca Maxima that place is very bad not shopping there again thanks for nothing
