My friend and I were served by the lovely Winnie who helped us both find the perfect foundation according to our skin types. We both left very happy and can’t thank her enough for her excellent service and kindness.

Love the selection of perfumes in this store. Jack showed me the DS & Durga range and explained the stories behind each scent — and I fell in love!

Love the friendly faces and helpful service I received whilst entering the store on NYE. To the guy with beautiful brown curls and an ear piercing who I first spoke to: : : I realised after I'd left that I'd sent you on a wild good chase by telling you I'd gotten my handbag from a store on Little Lonsdale. In actuality, it's from QBF on Little Flinders!

He referred me right over to a skin specialist who helped me diagnose what I'd been applying incorrectly and in excess that had resulted in dry red patches under my eyes. Joey helped me by writing out a cute lil' prescription for me and also giving me sample pots of decadent creams which have just about cleared up the mess I created.

I went into the Melbourne Central store today to grab a few things and was helped by the lovely Q. She was super knowledgeable about skincare and made some great recommendations to help me with some skin issues I’ve been having, without making me feel like I was just being upsold items I didn’t need. She offered great advice, asked questions to ensure she was recommending the right products and told me what’s working for her (and her skin was awesome).
All up, a wonderful in-store experience and I think I know what my next purchase will be based on one of the gorgeous products Q showed me (and gave me a sample of). And I got a hug at the end! But that will happen after payday. Thanks Q, was wonderful to be assisted by you, what a sweetheart.

Here I am. A confused boyfriend looking for something for my girlfriend. Fal was super friendly, patient with me and the service I received was exceptional. Mecca Maxima Melbourne Central, protect this lady at all cost!

This outlet doesn’t seem to have been refreshed in many years, it’s very cramped and the skincare section is shoved in the back, awkward to navigate if more than a handful of people are around. Shelving with patchy stock, many many empty spaces and just overall looking tired. Service was good, no issue with the staff. The store however needs some work.

Helpful staff who helped me pick out my foundation shade while other staff in other Mecca stores just ignore me.will be buying here again

Excellent customer service - helpful, friendly, and experienced. There just is never any stock of the favorites here! It's very busy however you will still get one-on-one help.

Absolutely amazing the staff were so helpful and kind. The products here were so good and. The staff were super welcoming. They don’t have security guard which makes it feel less intimidating. Everything about this store is amazing. All the products are so over priced but it’s not there fault. Love this place

Awful customer service. Came into the store during the morning as I get overwhelmed with large crowds. Hence, the store was practically empty, was not greeted by any employees. Considering Mecca is a highly regarded makeup store across Australia, I would expect the employees this morning to do below the bare minimum. The dismissive tone continued as I browsed products all while they congregated in the corner gossiping. The part I was most frustrated with was when I was selecting the products I wanted to purchase I was informed that I was leaving the drawers (where they kept the stock behind the testers) open for too long, and I need to “make decisions before I open them”. 1) How am I supposed to choose my shape in 0.1 seconds. 2) I need to check the shade to ensure I’m buying what I desire.

How are you telling me to essentially ‘hurry up’ when you haven’t acknowledged my presence once. Employees need to be trained again from square one.

The staff addressed me straight away and helped me with my concerns and enquires…especially because I had no idea what I was looking for as I was trying to get a gift for my sister and I don’t normally buy make up

I went in to mecca to get a sample of foundation i was wanting to try the girl that helped me with my match was so lovely i didn’t get her name but she had a red butterfly tattoo behind her ear.she matched my shade perfectly and i’ll definitely be back to buy the full size.amazing store and some of the most friendly staff it was a great experience

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable with their products, especially Petra. She had taken her time, helping me and my daughter’s choose the right foundation for our skin tone.

I always feel completely overwhelmed going into Mecca and Sephora. Today Mietta greeted me with a smile and made me feel completely at ease. Fabulous customer service!

I bought a Stila eyeliner when I went open it at home there is empty inside!
I bought a $40 only empty box!

As a male walking into this daunting environment, Phoebe was my shining light. She made me feel at home in a world so foreign. Definitely deserves a raise!

Staff are very knowledgeable across brands. A friend and I were looking for eyeshadows or a palette that had particular colors, and the assistant who approached us was able to find us several. Staff always catch your eye and smile when you enter and approach very happily or are happy to let you browse. The store is very clean and has ample supply of cleansers and tissues etc to wipe testers off your hands.
