With very little knowledge of Mecca’s cosmetic range, the staff were very patient and helpful! They kindly gave samples to try and I… might have bought a lot more than expected:)

Just have to give a shoutout to the lovely woman at the fragrance area who served me on 8/1.

She lifted my mood. Thankyou for your kindness and my perfume sample aswell. I didn’t know these were offered until today!:)

Cannot thank Jade enough for her absolutely amazing customer service. She helped my mum and I out with all our requests and was super helpful with all the questions we asked. We felt like we were talking to a friend as she was super warm and made us feel so so comfortable! It’s definitely a customer service experience I won’t forget as we both left feeling super happy and confident in our purchases. We’ll keep returning as long as Jade’s there because shes 1 in a million.

Went to Mecca Eastland as a support worker with one of my clients- and I just wanted to thank one of the workers 'Emily Jade'. She went above and beyond to assist my client with Autism. She helped her pick a shade of lipstick, took her time applying it, gave us some tips and tricks etc. She not once made us feel rushed or like we were being a bother, she was kind and patient and my client walked out of there feeling beautiful and just really special overall. Give this girl a raise!

Janice is amazing! She is the queen of facials, with fantastic knowledge of the products.

It was really good experience at mecca today. A girl named “Hannah” served me. She was really nice and she helped me a-lot to find product according to my skin.

Attended 01/09/2023 in the evening. Was greeted at the door by a staff member who asked whether I required any assistance. Within two seconds, she called on another staff member who promptly got the product I was after. Staff were patient with my very curious 7yo. Transaction at the register was pleasant and the lady who served me was friendly. I was in and out within minutes. Great customer service, especially for a busy mum with a child.

I would highly recommend visiting the Eastland Mecca store as, their staff members are so friendly and welcoming! If you come, I highly recommend asking or booking a lesson with Ava who gave me a bunch of helpful and insightful advice. She helped me find the right products that match my style, skin tone and budget. Ava was also very patient with me and answered all my questions about the products.

I attended your store today in search of some new skincare as I felt my current products weren’t working for me. As I was browsing staff member Amber approached me and asked me if I needed help well I really did as what I was thinking about purchasing was not good for my skin type. Amber took the time to ask questions about what I use and recommended some products that would suit me. It was such an enjoyable experience and great customer service. Honestly it really made my day. I really appreciated all her help thank you so much.

Amazing service! I was so happy that they were able to help me for my passport photo to make me look natural and good! Thank you for squeezing me in! Means the world.

I went today to the perfume section and the lady that served me was the biggest angel ever I didn’t get her name but she was so helpful and was so so kind! She definitely needs a rise

I was helped by Astrid today and she was absolutely lovely, very helpful and really friendly and knowledgeable.

This place is amazing. I had a lady named Kayla and she was so nice and patient. She helped teach me how to apply makeup, gave me the best options that were affordable, and was overall amazing customer service. 100% will be coming back

Extremely disappointing, made the trip to Eastland went into Mecca on my fiancé birthday after receiving an email regarding a birthday gift. Went into the store willing to spend more than $25 to receive the gift.

We were told they were out of stock of their birthday gifts and there was nothing they could offer… with a full store of products…

Went to Mecca today and received amazing customer service by all the staff. As it was reopening day, they had lots of interactive activities going on. My mum and I sat down for a beauty lab lesson and to our disbelief, my mum was awarded a $500 voucher to spend in store. Ally took us around the store to help us spend the money. We cannot recommend Ally and all the staff more. We will be back for everything beauty related.

Today I was served by three separate assistants in store (and the register person). Every single person was kind, non-judgmental, and pressure-free on the sales. Their advice was good on the products and perfumes, everything worked as per advice in the end. Very happy, would return to that store.

I came in today trying to organise a new foundation, and was unsure of what I wanted. Karen and another staff member (very sorry, forgotten your name!) helped me in offering recommendations, colour matching and explaining the different ingredients in the foundation that would be helpful for my sensitive skin. It was fantastic to see both working together to help me find a product when i was clueless. Both were just so lovely to converse with, and I definitely will be booking a lesson with them when I come back. Thank you!:)

Visited on Thursday 9th, absolutely loved the service from Ester she was fantastic. Picked out a beautiful hourglass lipstick for me and helped me sample it, very professional. I love it! Thanks Ester

Whoever does the staff training for Mecca Eastland, should be congratulated!
Every time I have visited the store, I have had exceptional service from super friendly staff. They have helped to colour match a foundation for me, never trying to upsell or push other products! Staff are always very complimentary and kind, offering great advice on whatever I’m after.
It’s now my ‘go to’ for presents as their service (and packaging) is always fantastic!
