I have been shopping at MECCA Doncaster for years, and was absolutely blown away by their service this year! A massive shoutout to Jana, who went above and beyond in helping me book my make-up application!

Hannah is a delight! I loved her service so much the first time that I was seeking her out the second time with fingers crossed. She made me feel so relaxed and not at all dorky for my lack of make-up knowledge or decorum. She helped me with an eyeshadow primer, found the right sparkly highlightler, and sent me off trialling a liquid lipstick. I will definitely be back soon.

The girls at Mecca Doncaster are so friendly and helpful. They are very generous with letting me sample new products before buying. I love makeup and I am in there all the time. This is my favorite Mecca store.

Visited recently to find a foundation for myself - I’m awful at makeup and have no clue where to start. Jordan gave me recommendations and helped me find a good shade that covers my scarring and taught me how to apply it. Beautiful store also

She is incredibly talented at what she does and if you are looking for someone that has the ability to make you feel like she has a magic wand she is your artist. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable (gave me lots of great tips) and incredibly friendly. Anyone that has Ali for a makeover is in good hands! Thank you again Ali!

I used to love MECCA so much, and have stayed on VIP3 for many years before COVID. But, recent experience changed everything. Two weeks ago, my eye has been injured when testing the perfume. So, I was screaming and lean on my partner’s shoulder for recovery. During that whole ten minute after accident, literally NO STAFF come to offer me help. Customer is not customer! And this accident ended to emergency department, cost me 500 bucks and a whole-week sick leave.
Plus, now, due to the fragile features of the corneal, my eye hurts again, I had to back to ED again. And the specialist informed me that this kind of situation may happen a lot during the first three months of recovery. Now, thank to Mecca, I have to take a another two-day sick leave.

I have sent the complaint letter to Mecca, they promised to have a private conversation with me initially, now I didn’t hear anything since then, It has been whole week again. I am extremely disappointed about the customer service! Literally, I will let all my friends know about this incident. Never come back to Mecca.

Finally I grab my favorite Diptyque’s cartouche parfumée. But When you enter the store and ask about the product you want, the clerk quickly tells you that the product is not sold in the store and only sold online. But when you wander around the store and suddenly find what you want, is it embarrassing for me or the unprofessional clerk? Finally, I still would like to thank a very friendly sales who patiently checked the inventory for me, helped me test the flavor of perfume and fortunately got the real last inventory form store!

I love the new store and I went in today looking for samples of foundations and Tom was such a huge help. He was so lovely and helped me with my foundation match.

Normally find the White Australian staff friendly, but went in recently to enquire about make up brands and the employee that served me was unfriendly and seemed eager for me to leave, the individual seemed to have a Non-Australian accent. The person did not even help me to go through the colours of foundation to determine which foundation was most suitable for my skin tone, instead I chose the colours closest match to my skin colour due to my research online. So I was not happy with the customer service recently, hopefully it will be better next time.

I'm so glad that the Eastland Maxima was booked out so the wonderful Belinda could do my make up. She was so lovely and I was so happy with the look she did for me when I really had no clue what I wanted.

Went in needing somthing for my partner. Employee took one look of the item on my phone and i paid and got out of the store fast. Great service!

Mel literally is always the kindest worker and she is a lot of fun to be served by. She not only taught me some tips and tricks to swatch (because I asked) but additionally taught me lots about various products and services available to me, all while having a wonderful chat!

The service here is so lovely; I definitely recommend coming in!

I've had my makeup done at Mecca Cosmetica Doncaster a handful of times and never had a bad experience. I recently had my makeup done at Mecca Cosmetica Doncaster and had a truly wonderful experience with Gabby. She was knowledgable and continually asked me if I wanted more or less and whether or not I liked what she was doing. This meant she could change things as she continued the appointment. I had a terrible experience at the hairdressers and a car accident prior to attending my makeup application but Gabby was able to make me feel truly special for my 21st Birthday. Thank-you.
