MECCA Doncaster

I had the best experience with lydia today! She was soooo helpful and amazing, she helped me with finding me the right foundation and was so patient!

I was served by a young lady named Adriana (name retrieved from my receipt). Although her service towards me was lovely, I was appalled at the way I heard her talking to her co-worker (name unknown). She was yelling at her and being completely nasty, causing her co-worker to appear quite distressed. I looked around and noticed other customers surprised by the incident. Dear Mecca Management, I ask that this incident is looked at further as it is unappealing to see such thing as a regular customer. I appreciate the hard work of all Mecca employees especially during busy periods.

Great staff very friendly / helpful/ lovely store at Doncaster & Melbourne City Emporium!

Not bad product range, good location. However customer service in store needs a LOT improvement. Our last two visits, the staff just chose to ignore us, no help or acknowledge, and chatted with each other instead. Perhaps they just have preference for certain brands, when customers look at the other brands, they show no interest? Anyway Mecca Doncaster, you can do better.

Just a big thank you to Martine. I'm so thankful to have popped into this Mecca a little before closing and have someone so friendly and cheerful guide me through colour matching. I did not feel at all rushed, and she was so helpful in finding my correct shade and a complementing blush to my skin tone. We had a lovely chat while she was matching me!
Will definitely be back soon to find more goodies!

This Mecca was quite a decent size and has a sizeable collection of items ranging from skin care, make-up, hair care, fragrance, and body care. Staff are very friendly, including cashiers **thank you, Laura, for being so bubbly to everyone who was served by you and for the birthday greeting! **
They have lots of little bays where the Mecca staff can assist you in colour matching in the middle and skin care, etc, all lining the walls. Nicely set out store!
The lighting inside was a pleasant surprise while getting colour matched, so I didn't feel awkward when leaving about looking blotchy or orange.

Thanks Mecca Doncaster! I will be back.

We had an amazing experience with Isabelle (sp?) who helped my Grandma. It was her first time in Mecca and she didn't want to go alone so I went with her. She wanted a tinted moisturizer/light coverage foundation. With Isabelle's help we found a Morphe product that worked great - though the product was out of stock. She knew alternatives and still helped with some samples for an urgent event that was coming up before the product would be back in stock. Thank you so much!

I visited Mecca today and was assisted by a very lovely staff member who was very helpful, honest and kind to me. By far the best customer service I have had in a very long time. Thankyou Madeline:)

Really friendly staff. Raina served me and she was super friendly and personable and helped me pick the right products. She also made my Le Labo purchase really special with gift wrap and a personalised label! <3

Had an amazing experience at mecca earlier today.

Taylor was especially helpful in helping me choose a fragrance. She was incredibly friendly and I felt extremely supported by her service.

The fragrance was fresh and long lasting, I will definitely be back for the wonderful customer service.

I had a Facial with Roberta and it was the best I’ve ever had. To begin with, she was absolutely lovely and explained everything to me and wrote it all down after the service. I have had multiple facials from super expensive places but I’ve never felt and relaxed and refreshed as I did with Roberta. She was so professional and the massage with the oils was absolutely incredible. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

I went into Mecca at Doncaster today to get a new full face of makeup for my formal, I was assisted by the lovely Zahraa, she was extremely helpful and listened to my needs and went out of her way to give me the best recommendations and products to suit me.

Had a really nice girl assist me with makeup brush gift sets. She showed me a bunch within the price range I was looking for and then even went out the back to get some more out! Unfortunately I don’t know her name but it was clear she was really passionate about what she does

I was wanting to up my facial skincare particularly sun protection and colour & one of the staff, YJ gave me great recommendations and customer service. Very happy with the products

One of my favorite stores, mecca is the best.
Doncaster store is one of the big stores, usually, I find whatever I want in there.

BE WARNED the staff in this Mecca store WILL NOT & DO NOT want to help or acknowledge you at all! Go to EASTLAND THEY ARE AWESOME. I have lost count with the poor experiences in Doncaster. When there are 6 staff chatting in the entrance and each time I have been treated as if I am invisible.staff float away from you and if you ask anything basic, they reply back so pretentious and snobby.if you ask one too many questions you will then be given the "please don't abuse" me speil. WAKE up in there, basic customer service/manners do not equate to a customer being aggressive.

Raina assisted me few weeks ago for a foundation that l have never used before. She was friendly and helpful. She assisted me with care and gave me a suitable sample of foundation for trial. I will definitely be back and hope will see her again. Keep up the good work!

I went to the Doncaster store tonight as I was after a product for my eyebrows. Not knowing where to look, this lovely sales assistant must of seen me there looking all confused and went out of her way to help me, even though she seemed busy with something. Not only was she helpful but, I ended up finding and purchasing exactly what I went there for. Highly recommend this store and the staff that work there.

I had an amazing experience on Saturday! I was in such a rush and needed help! I was assisted straight away and my needs were taken care of within a matter of minutes (which is all I had). I was very impressed. I would recommend see the helpful staff anytime- they are wonderful.
