Purchased an Xmas gift here for my mother. She was after a signature scent and I was unsure what variety it was. I tripled checked with the sales assistant that this was indeed the signature scent from the line. Turns out if was incorrect and I shelled out a lot on the wrong product.

Less busy and overwhelming than the Mecca stores found in the city. Definitely a store with a lot of options, especially if you are focused on fragrance more than makeup. Staff are friendly and there are enough of them to serve every customers needs. I will note that the focus on high end fragrances means that the store is filled mostly with products ranging from
a little expensive to extremely expensive - not much for a buyer looking for a small splurge.

I want to thank my makeup artist Lucy today. You made me really happy and gave me a great feeling.

Grace is the best! She honestly goes above and beyond when serving my twin girls. She is kind, generous and really knowledgeable. When trying to decide what’s best for the skin type. We have been to a few other different Mecca’s but always return to buy from Grace. Thank you Grace. Great job. See you soon

Trying to get through on phone. I spoke with a lovely girl with blond hair and and bright orange eyeshadow today about peachy orange lipsticks with hourglass. I purchased the Confession ultra slim one in "you can find me" but there was another one that was more of a normal lipstick container that was out of stock that she and I liked but I forgot to get the name of by hourglass HELP.

Was assisted by the loveliest and most helpful staff at this location! They were super attentive to each and every customer and didn’t make anyone feel ignored.

It is a smaller store with a more limited range of brands/products compared to more central locations, but most of the popular items can still be found there. Perfect for popping in just to grab a thing or two and not be overwhelmed by crowds of shoppers.

Cecilia is fantastic! She introduced me to a selection of concealers available as well as testing a few different tones. Lots of food for thought and I’ll definitely be back!)

Had a lovely experience at MECCA. Charlotte was very helpful in assisting me to choose makeup and answering my questions. She also gave me a face mask to put on the night before my engagement shoot which was very thoughtful. Thanks Charlotte and MECCA!

Charlotte, from Mecca Carlton was fabulous. I bough my daughter, Ella a makeup lesson and it coincided with her 18th birthday party. Charlotte listened to everything Ella wanted and then for a day to day look as well and the result was just perfect. On top of doing great makeup she was so helpful, friendly, patient and a great teacher. Wonderful experience and happy daughter (& Mum). Thanks very much.

Customer service was phenomenal and very helpful. They have so many great high quality products and staff were so welcoming and warming. HIGHLY RECOMMEND STORE!

Got asked literally a million times if I needed help. When I did need help with skincare, girl didn't seem to know anything. Half the testers were empty and the makeup looked dirty.

Grace at the Carlton store was such a lovely and delightful person! She helped me so much today and has made a stressful day leading up to my sisters wedding a very easy and wonderful experience. She was so polite, heard my needs and guided me in the right direction without judging my lack of understanding of makeup products. An interaction I was dreading ended up being one I was so happy with! I hope she gets employee of the month because she deserves it!

Clueless guy here went to the store to find some specifics items for my rather significant-er other. Lady at the door extremely proactive, helpful and genuinely kind - thank you!

Customer service was amazing, the girl who served me was so kind, didn't make me feel rushed at all and definitely knew her products well.she even recommended some good places to grab lunch
