26This is one of the smaller Mecca stores but the staff are friendly and very helpful. I've taken a few samples home from this store before purchasing full size. Being a smaller store it's much effort to get help matching a foundation for example here.

I know nothing about makeup, but the staff were very helpful without being pushy. Very nice experience.
Nothing worse and more unprofessional than when a business does not answer their phone. I have tried calling for the past 3 weeks trying to cancel my make up appointment, but not once has the phone been answered. Very disappointing, and I’m sure thagon the day of my appointment I will get slammed into why I am not there.

I asked for a certain shade of concealer from one of the very unfriendly staff members and when I got home I discovered she had given me the wrong shade. A complete waste of my time and an unpleasant experience. Horrible service. I won't be going back.
