Mecca Cosmetica Camberwell

Had my makeup done by Nedi for an event and she did an amazing job! My makeup lasted all night and got so many compliments! She was also super helpful at suggesting what products to purchase after my appointment!

Highly impressed today when I was greeted by Joanna who went out of her way to assist me with my skin concerns. She was very kind and extremely knowledgeable with product.

Olivia (Liv) helped me out today, found an amazing foundation thanks to her help! Amazing atmosphere and wonderful staff. Thankyou for an amazing experience x

I popped in yesterday quickly in the hopes I'd find a nice sheer foundation that would be gentle on my very sensitive skin. I was feeling a little (very) down about my skin condition but was shown the most above and beyond level of customer service I have ever experienced. I wish I could remember the name of the lady with the beautiful grey bob! She changed my entire day with her generosity of time, advice, product knowledge and kindness. My skin is already looking and feeling better. I don't live super close but I will travel back to this store for my skincare products from now on!

Everyone who works there is just so helpful. They have great experience and knowledge and I trust them completely with my skin. All my makeup is purchased here and when I have a special occasion I come and get my make up done. They are the best!

Great experience! I don't know much about make-up and needed to buy a gift, Liz was really helpful in helping me choose what to buy. Would recommend!

Jess served me today and she was a delight with a wealth of knowledge on skincare. I didn't get a hard sell, just good advice, applied some products and was given some samples with instructions to take home to try. I'll be back in 2 weeks to see Jess and possibly purchase the products if I feel they worked.
Definitely try to get into a Mecca store! Online is great but I store is wonderful too

Went in close to closing time but the salesperson Bree made sure all our questions and needs were met. Gave us some samples to try out before purchasing to make sure they could solve the problem.

Really well managed covid-safety process with friendly door greeter. Unfortunately, I seem to have been unlucky with the staff member that assisted me. I just popped in to get a single product that I use regularly, and knew exactly what I needed. The staff member greeted me and asked if I needed any help, but from then on everything seemed like an imposition. She was quite abrupt and asking to use a gift voucher wasn't really well received, and saying I didn't need packaging (wrapping paper and a bag) was met with disbelief - and she crumpled up the paper she was going to use and threw it out anyway. Really disappointing and will factor into whether I come back.

Thank you Bree for your super friendly and helpful phone consult the other day - Mecca girls are the best to deal with and my skin is looking so much better only a couple days later.

I love the girls at this store, they are always so helpful and accomodating and nothing is ever too much trouble. I popped in today to grab some moisturiser and ended up getting a skin care makeover with facial and recommendations based on my skin type. The products are high quality, the girls know their stuff inside out and back to front and I cannot recommend this store highly enough. A very happy and return customer.:)

Not a large store but a great range nonetheless and the knowledge and service I get at Mecca is always impeccable.

Always lovely to drop in, whether browsing, playing with new products, buying, staff are super friendly and helpful.

Small on stock but big on service!

Unlike the Chadstone, city or Westfield stores, the Camberwell shop though small is a great place to shop.

They are often low on stock though, that is my only complaint.

Had such a good experience at mecca camberwell with great help from Jacqui! Matched my face to products that really suit my complexion and i've had alot of compliments on them. She took the time to teach me how to apply the products too.

I like Mecca.it has really good make ups and the brands are perfect but it’s a little expensive

Absolutely beautiful experience at Mecca. The fragrance when I walked in was just amazing and the girls are always so helpful and caring.
