Had such an amazing experience being served by a lovely lady named Nicole! Very sweet and helpful with everything I needed help with! Will definitely come back if I see her working!

I just wanted to give a huge thank you to Jacinta at the Lonsdale store, I was so indecisive with concealer brand and shade but she had so much patience and genuinely seemed to love helping which can be a rarity after a big day (I came in at 6pm)
Very grateful for someone as lovely and helpful as her!

I was served by "Jaylin" the other day. They were lovely! They make up they picked out for me has been amazing and it was truly lovely customer service.

Served by an old lady with green nails. I was waiting for staff checking out for me and she serviced me. She is absolutely rude and unprofessional with zero product knowledge. When I asked her any recommendations for fragrance-free face cream, she took me to sunscreens. I apologized for misunderstanding and asked for product suggestions again but she madly said “you said you want sunscreens” which I never said. She said we have few amazing face creams which one you want but she didn’t even introduce me the products how would I know what are the options? After I introduced my skin type repeated like 3 times she finally took me to one of the face creams without introducing the product only said this one is good. I was shocked by her attitude and knowledge. I have been with Mecca for years but this is the first and the only time I received the most terrible service very disappointed

Had a wonderful experience with a lovely person named Janna. Janna was so knowledgeable and helpful in providing recommendations for my skin. I could tell she really cared and wanted to help me. She was so friendly and lovely too. Definitely recommend her to help you with any of your skin care needs.

I had my makeup done at mecca emporium recently and it was really disappointing. The makeup artist was unprofessional and didn't listen to my requests. They used powder based products on my skin when I asked for cream. They also left fallout on my face after finishing my makeup and didn't fix it even after I had asked them to.

Throughout the session the MUA was muttering under their breath and sighing. I understand that people have off days but the whole experience left me feeling like a burden and very uncomfortable.

Fantastic service and knowledgeable staff who will go out their way to ensure products are in stock (whether their store or somewhere else) happy customer!

I was looking for a gift for a friend and I was having a hard time finding one. Fortunately a staff named Jesslyn speaks Bahasa and helped me find the perfect gift as I was having a hard time and not familiar in describing what I wanted in English.
All in all, good customer service experience, amazing store vibe and staffs. Kudos to team Mecca Emporium?

Had a fantastic experience at Mecca emporium today. Mel was very patient and lovely with shade testing concealer and testing contours. She knew the products well and obviously loves her job. Thanks again Mel!

I always feel unwelcome in Mecca stores. Not sure why. I wouldn't go back if I could get the same brands elsewhere. Lovely design and good selection of testers.

Emily in Emporium was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the visit, sharing her knowledge of the products and being very friendly. Will definitely come back!

Had the worst experience with a worker named Zoey, she was arrogant & gave me bad attitude. The products she recommended was the complete opposite of what I was looking for. Overall a horrible experience and will not be returning.

I am a longtime fan of Mecca and will continue buying my favourite products there but my last experience at the Emproium store left a bad taste in my mouth. I explained to one of the staff that I use Dr Dennis Gross Moisture Cushion and was looking for a “night time” version. The two products that I was recommended were both $130+ and it was awkward as I had no plans of spending that much, perhaps hoping that my reference to Dr Dennis would have helped inform any recommendations. I ended up leaving without making a purchase.

Really dissapointed in girls at the counter today being very cold and unhelpful when I tried to buy a mascara. The attitude was sour like they didn't want to be there and I'm a really friendly person. The only reason I'm not giving a 1 star is because lovely Lana helped me with foundation today

Walked in on a whim and floated out smelling like a blessed garden - some heavenly frangipani-tipped, orange blossom and gentle rose-based perfumes here

For the first time, I decided to go to to the Emporium instead of the one at Melbourne Central and boy, did I regret it. All the workers here are so elitist in their attitudes. Or maybe it's just because I'm not blonde and blue-eyed because my blonde, blue-eyed friend came in after me and immediately got swarmed by a bright smile and "Hey, how can I help you today? ", whilst ignoring me (the person who walked in front, who actually needed something and was just joined by my friend for company.)

Regrettable experience.

I ended up ordering online because the service was abysmal. My friend told the worker that it was me who wanted a Libertine perfume but even then, the whole time, the worker was asking my friend the questions about the perfume, but like, it was me who was wanting the perfume?

Anyway, I went to Myer instead because there was a Libertine store there and I bought my perfume there.

Really happy, Joyan (young man with pink hair) helped me well by listening my concerns and advising me, offered different options. At the contrary of Sephora where there was not enough beauty staff for a saturday, there was plenty of staff at Mecca. Really satisfied by this first experience there.

I was served by Isabella on Sunday 06/12/20. What an absolute gem she was. I walked into store and asked for some gift suggestions for a 16 year old and she was all over it! Walked out with a gorgeous gift that was beautifully wrapped. I would travel from Bendigo again just to be served by her

Great selection of fragrance with super friendly and attentive staff, Lutece helped me out and she was awesome! I'm always here for cologne shopping and it's always been a great experience.
