Walked in the store a while back and was excited to shop the holiday products, no one approached me or greeted me. Slightly disappointing, but the real disappointment came at the check out. I was served by an older woman and she was rude and seemed so uninterested in being there. I tried to make friendly conversation to ease the awkwardness but she was just so rude and stuck up for no reason. The receipt says I was served by Popi, so I believe that this is that mean lady’s name. Very unpleasant experience and this woman ruined my day. Mecca needs to reassess their staff. Very disappointed.

I had Jess look after me today as well as 2 other staff and they were absolutely wonderful! They looked after my daughter and I today and they really made our day, seriously they were just so helpful and so kind. We were so impressed and don’t normally write reviews but felt compelled to. X

This gay guy, im not sure what his name was but he wasnt very nice to me or welcoming he seemed like he was judging me as i was testing the charlotte tilbury mascara a while ago. The other staff besides him are ok and willing to help me and go up to me asking if i needed help which is good.

Thank you so much to Georgia at Mecca Cosmetica Emporium today! The store was very busy and Georgia gave me considered attention, offered options and found me the perfect foundation shade. She asked lot of questions to make sure she could give the best advice and I am so happy with her recommendations. Lana and Richie:)

I had heaps I wanted to look at and her expertise was unmatched! She knew about all products from body balms to setting sprays to perfumes.

I booked a makeup service on the 22nd of september at 12: 45 and i cannot remember the name of the lovely lady who did my makeup.she was really sweet and provided great conversation but i just wished she had asked me questions about my skin type, normal foundations i use etc before applying my makeup, i think a little communication can go a long way with these types of services.especially if you've tried the products before and know they don't work on your skin, my eyes were closed most the time so when i saw a foundation on the table that has never worked well on me, i was a little upset.no questions were asked about my skin type, and skin products were just applied to my face, i've booked a mecca service in the past and i was asked multiple questions throughout.i didn't want to say anything because she was really nice, but it's been eating up at me for the past few weeks.towards the end of the service, it felt a little rushed, i think she had to go on lunch so it all felt cut short.other than this, my experience at the store was great, particularly one of the ladies in fragrance.

Went in Friday, 6th October at around 4: 00pm. Very unwelcoming attitude from a blonde that just said “I don’t know. ” and walked off when I asked for the price of a Mecca mini item.

However, thank you to Francesca for the lovely service and helping me pick the item I wanted in the end.

Today, my mom and I visited Mecca, and we had the pleasure of being assisted by Georgia. She not only expertly matched the perfect foundation shades for both of us but also generously provided us with free samples to try at home. We've had some less-than-ideal experiences at Sephora, so we were a bit hesitant to give Mecca a try, but we're delighted that we did!

It was fantastic talking to her. With her genuine advice I able to understand my skin care routine and came to know about the products that are need for my skin. Thanks a lot for today.

I was helped by Janet and Moria at the Emporium store today and they were both amazing. I was an anxious mess as makeup is scary for me and they were both so incredibly helpful and wonderful and put me at ease. Huge thank you to them both for providing such exceptional service!

Had the most amazing with Georgia. This girl deserves a raise. She was patient understanding my skin concerns and listening to what had worked and changed before with my past products and what my current goals we're. Her colour matches were on point in foundation and she was really insightful and honest in skincare products that were more important for someone like me who visited on a budget. Walked into the Mecca Emporium store to splash out on some new products for a wedding I was attending from Sydney that day. Lana was amazing at suggesting lots of options for my price points, and then as the store wasn’t too busy, managed to slot me in for a glam makeup application! Loved how she worked her magic in less than 45 mins which is all I had, and walked out with an event ready face and some fabulous new products. Thanks for helping an interstate Mecca lover in her time of need and working your magic Lana! Can vouch that Mecca experience is seamless which ever store you go into.

Came to various Mecca shops to find the right concealer for my dry under eyes, and everyone recommends kosas revealer concealer, which doesn’t work for my skin. When I visited the Emporium store, Jesslyn was very helpful. She recommended the Hourglass concealer for my dry skin. She also did a colour match, and taught me how to apply it properly. She gave me some samples of my two closest shades and also an alternative brand that might also help me if this one doesn’t. The hourglass turned out to be perfect for my skin. Thankful for her assistance!

Today I was helped by Jesslyn at Mecca. I don’t usually like to ask for advice or help in cosmetic stores (because of my shyness and I think I’m a lot of stores people just try to sell you stuff you don’t need) but Jesslyn was so kind, so helpful, she immediately put me at ease. We checked the different foundation and blush colors best suiting my skin color. She also showed me how to apply best the different products. I was very specific in what I wanted and needed and she helped me perfectly. Thank you Jesslyn! ️

Beautiful bright store. Doesn't feel as cramped as other Mecca stores. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Sarah did a wonderful job of my makeup and was just divine. She was very helpful and knew her products. Was very happy with the service provided. Thank you.

It's a good shopping experience here. The store is fragrant, clerks are very friendly and professional to introduce the products. The products are very diverse, especially Shiseido products. Recommend this store.

I first met Jessica at Mecca Chadstone last December, and her service was fantastic. Recently, I visited the Mecca Emporium and bumped into her again. She assisted me with my purchase and made my shopping experience wonderful. She assured me that if I wasn't happy with my purchase, I could return it for an exchange. This gave me so much confidence to shop with Mecca, considering makeup is something that's not easy to return once opened.

Overall, Jessica was super lovely, and helpful, and we had some fun conversations. I highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for excellent service and an enjoyable shopping experience:)

Im from sydney and usually i find mecca’s intimidating so i avoid confrontation with workers but jacinta was superrr nice here in melbourne and helpful on dewy skincare products and explained their uses and even provided her personal opinion as a reference on products! She was super friendly! A super nice worker honestly makes ur day a little better so i wanna say thanks to jacinta:) definitely left a good impression on melbourne for me

We visited on Sunday arvo and were greeted by the incredible Nancy. Super helpful and fun conversations. Nothing was a problem. Great to have such a great customer experience. The emporium store never disappoints.

The staff here were absolutely lovely and did everything they could to help me buy Christmas gift for my mum. Unfortunately they didn’t stock something they had online as they were a smaller store, so left empty handed. Still a pleasant experience overall.
