We had our daughter and Son-in-law engagement event at Meadowbank Estate Poolside Room what an amazing reception phenomenal.

Exceptionally amazing and delicious food there was so much food and variety and we loved how the Chef cooked on the barbecue for us too it was amazing thank you to your Chef and team.

The team at Meadowbank particularly Chris and Clara, were beyond helpful, reassuring, professional, warm and so accomodating. They made our day so memorable for all the right reasons, they took so much care with all our visions for the day. During the unexpected Covid period, they were patient and very compassionate. Where do I start?

From the moment we first drove through the gates we felt like we were in a different world! Meadowbank is absolutely beautiful. The heritage listed building and the beautiful grounds make you feel like you’re in an oasis far away.

The team, Chris, Jim and Clara are an absolute dream to deal with. They truly made the process of organising a wedding one of ease, always providing us with support and guidance.

We have received so much positive feedback from our guests regarding the venue, food and service, it was an overall success!

Our dreams of what our wedding would be were truly fulfilled and we owe so much of that to Meadowbank!

My husband and I got married in March this year and our reception was held in the Poolside Room. Jim and the whole Meadowbank team were incredible, especially through tough Covid times. They made our wedding experience so easy and enjoyable! Their kind service, assistance and their hospitality was second to none and we are forever grateful. Our guests really loved the unique venue and the incredible food! Thank you Meadowbank once again!

Place was really nice but the food main was disaster had a chicken the sauce was very glowy I left the place after was really upsetting went home without diners

Our wedding was scheduled for 13 February 2021. Following the snap lockdown announcement from the Premier, we decided to proceed with our wedding on Friday 12 February.

It was a last minute decision but the team were more than happy to help out. They pulled together a wonderful evening for us. The food was incredible, the staff were so responsive and accommodating and the atmosphere was superb.

We can’t thank the team enough for everything.

We had our engagement party at Meadowbank on the weekend and I can’t recommend the venue enough. The service from the moment we enquired to the night it self was outstanding! Chris, Jim Clara and team, I can’t thank you all enough for everything you did to help celebrate our night. The food was amazing and the set up was incredible! It was everything we wanted! Great venue with ample parking - menu for our event. Good selection of food which was tasty and well thought out menu for invitees.

Chris, Jim and Clara were an absolute pleasure to deal with, who went above and beyond.

From the moment we meet, you made us feel right at ease in spite of all the unknowns.

Due to Covid-19, we made the difficult decision to change venues last minute, and choosing Meadowbank Estate was truly one of the best decisions of our entire wedding (everything happens for a reason).

We truly cannot thank you enough for contributing to the best day of our lives ️.

Firstly I’d like to say a massive thank you to Chris and all the lovely staff for being so accomodating throughout the whole planning process. These times challenged both Rami and I for obvious reasons, but Chris was always positive - he was convinced that we would get the wedding we always hoped for, and we did.

Thank you so much for your service, the beautiful space and of course the delicious food. Our families and friends are still raving on about how special the night was - we are truly grateful.

Meadowbank is an amazing venue, truly a hidden gem! I recently photographed Jess & Matt's wedding and I loved the variety in photography locations the venue has. You can have the ceremony, wedding photos and reception in one place. Great convenience and wonderful helpful staff.

In my book 3.5 stars really. Car park is dusty gravel. All those clean cars washed for the wedding were covered in dust for the las te night return trip. Toilets are modern but need cleaners while wedding party is on. At least male toilets, I can verify. Obvious reasons.

Amazing! As a wedding photographer and working in the industry for years my team and I can't speak highly enough of Medowbank. A hidden gem and completely under utilized in the North. Amazing venue, beautiful grounds not to mention the spectacular pool and terraces that scream European charm! Staff are great, food is fabulous.if you want elegance beauty charm service and value Meadowbank is a must!

We had a great function there. Staff waited on our table without waiting to cl them over. The food was awsome also. The setting of this place was great and relaxing. Great job guys.

I attended a wedding here a month ago and was served the most revolting seafood dish I have ever tasted in my life. If you are considering hosting your wedding here please do not select any of the fish options to be served to your poor guests. By the time the entrees came out everyone was starving but bad luck for the guests who were served this mushy & smelly seafood tart. I don't think anyone on my table could stomach it and it was left to be cleared by the waiters. My experience and memories of this place are really terrible.
