DJed at this venue, I must say the poolside view is beautiful, friendly staff and easy communication between the venue manager

My daughter got married here on Sunday 12th June. 5 stars just isn't enough! Chris, Daniella & the team made the entire process and the night itself, flawless. Daniella always took our call, youre amazing Daniella. Thank you! Never have I seen service like this at any venue. Their attention to detail, the generous menu WOW, our guests were just as impressed as we were. On behalf of Nadine & Bassil, we cannot thank you enough.

We chose this venue having previously been to the sovereign so many times over so many years. A family run business for so Iong we knew they had all the know how to put our night together and the team at meadowbank did not disappoint me. Daniella, Jim and Cris were accommodating from the start! Excellent communication and worked with us and all our ideas to make our special day come to fruition. We cannot thank you enough! We envisioned our wedding to be a big party and it was exactly that.

After 5 wedding dates over 2 years we finally got married on 1.5.22 at Meadowbank in their heritage room. Daniela, Jim and the team couldn’t have done more for us. Their communication leading up to the big day was personal and dedicated. The night was absolutely perfect, with the staff attending to our every need. We also had some lovely feedback from our guests remarking on how beautiful the venue is and how incredible the food is. I would 110% recommend this location for any special event you have coming up.:)

We had our wedding at Meadowbank Estate in the Grand Ballroom and we were so impressed with the team from the very beginning. Daniela, Chris and Jim are total professionals and we felt really comfortable in knowing they had everything under control. The lead up to the wedding went so well, Daniela was attentive and worked with us to create our dream wedding. The night itself went so smoothly, Chris was on the floor ready to jump in where needed. We absolutely had the best night and I can't thank the Meadowbank team enough!

Not one to do reviews. But how do you go to medowbank Estate and not rate this amazing establishment. If I could rate it higher i definitely would. Not only is it a spectacular venue, the service was fantastic. Many thanks to Daniela who helped my brother and sister inlaw organise their special day. The venue was spectacular, our ceremony on grounds in the grand ballroom courtyard was like a dream. The food and service from the staff was more than we could have asked for!

Be prepared for a big wow factor, wasn't expecting such a glamorous venue in the Northern suburbs in amongst what is predominantly factories and warehouses. Fantastic presentation, finger foods definitely aust tadte and try, dont miss out on these, great team and very well organised. Price is better than expected. Highly recommend this place if you would like to hold a function.

Incredible! The team at Meadowbank went above and beyond in the lead-up to our wedding and on the night. It was an amazing night. Had the absolute pleasure of hosting our wedding reception at Meadowbank Estate. We could not have dreamed of a better night. From the very beginning of our initial appointment to the day of the wedding our wedding coordinator Daniela was there every step of the way. Very nice in every way. Disable toilet could do better if there were rails and the mirror was at a height for the disabled person could see themselves.

We had our wedding at Meadowbank estate a few weeks ago. What an experience from start to finish! Daniela, Chris & Jim are absolute superstars. Meeting Daniela for the first time was such a breath of fresh air, she honestly elevated the entire experience to a whole new level, she truly went above and beyond for us. There was no request too great or difficult, even when covid caused some things to go lopsided. Chris & Jim are extremely passionate and hard working, and it is displayed in the care and maintenance of the venue and grounds, both are immaculate. Fantastic venue, great team, some of the wait staffs are inexperienced with carrying plate, but who could blame them as we have labour shortages. Otherwise very friendly team. Highly recommended.

We had our wedding in the Grand Ballroom and the team at Meadowbank were absolutely amazing! Daniella and Jim made the night run smoothly and Chris helped us with anything that we needed! The food was outstanding! Highly highly recommend!

My husband and myself had our wedding at Meadowbank Estate on the 11/12/21, and it was the most amazing night, and we have to say it purely came down to the amazing team at Meadowbank!
Honestly could not fault anything, from the start of booking it, right to the end.
Chris was an absolute amazing person, he helped out us so much, especially after having to reschedule our wedding due to covid.
Daniella, made our journey so much more at ease! Her calmness made us feel less stressed and just made the process of planning our wedding so much fun. She is absolutely beautiful and really helped us make our day special.
Jim, hosted our wedding night and all I can say is JIM YOU’RE AMAZING! Made our night great, without him there I don’t think the night would have been as perfect as it was.
Everyone at Meadowbank did an incredible job, made my dream wedding come to life.
The food was also INCREDIBLE! Could not fault anything at all! Not one person walked out of our wedding disappointed, and we definitely did not either!

We changed our wedding date four times with these guys and not once did they charge us a cent more and we can't explain how grateful we are for that.
