Its worst one at night times i wait in drive thru 1 hour 20 minutes they are working very slow waste one i don't know who's manager it's worst

Young kid behind counter needs to learn what requesting manager means! Asked about 5 times for manager as kid would not budge in his decision for the app/mobile order not progressing after being prepared for over 15 minutes, comes down to more training/experience!

Very convenient but seems very slow at the times we have visited, possibly due to producing wrong orders. Our last 2 visits have had major issues

As far as Mcdonald's restaurants go, this one is the most consistent in its quality and service. If you're low on time and energy these guys will sort you out with a cheeseburger where the bun is crispy, the patty juicy and the cheese is melted just right.

Always get short changed with missing items. Just got back from there from ordering 10 nuggets. Didn't even put the nuggets in but still put in the sauce! Are you that incompetent?

Serviced quick. Order No. 47 with four burgers and drove home found one chick n cheese burger is not in the package. Better check your package before pickup. Not worth to drive back make a complaint.

Very very negative experience. We tried use mc app for the special deal. But the app didn’t work. And the manager named Karen was very rude told us she can’t do anything. Then I said just use the QR code and she’s said it won’t work in a very rude way but we still tried and it worked. She didn’t say sorry at all. Then I want to order something else she goes you can’t order lunch menu before 10: 30 and it’s only 10 mins away from 10: 30. I will definitely not buy anything from this particular store. I may understand your system doesn’t work for the app order. But it’s not our problem. You should at least apologise to us but instead she is very very rude and doesn’t deserve to be a manager in any stores.

Long line at the drive through but pretty quick service, nailed the burger and chips were fresh! I mean it's maccas but they did a good job

Biggest waste of time and money of my life. I asked for a small choc shake and a hamburger and it took so long for the staff to even realise that the order hadn't gone through. Finally got my Burger but my shake was vanilla instead of chocolate because the syrup had run out but then they didn't even fix it they just gave me the same thing over again. It didn't even look chocolate. It was clearly still vanilla and they still gave it to me. I give up on you fools.

Waited in a huge line for ages, I didn't really mind because it happens sometimes. But i paid for a large latte with vanilla syrup and they gave me black coffee. I only ordered 1 thing, come on.

Best burgers I've had, compared to bayswater which has bad quality control and orders properly filled

Worst McDonald I've been! The staff made a mistake when putting the app voucher in, but refused to fix it, asked me to pay full price. No customer service at all, very rude!

Young people doing their best learning can be an exercise in patience. The staff here are polite and helpful. Maccas is generic.

Average cleanliness someone had walked muddy boots through store! Had to wait for coffee and already had food!

Great place to catch up with friends while having kids. Good little area to sit for a coffee with a playground.

I am coeliac and order burgers without bread, the staff workers laugh at me when i other due to the fact i am allergic.just came and ordered a burger and didn’t get cheese on it which me and my family are not happy about aswell as not getting the correct sauce with nuggets.not a happy customer.thanks for nothing.

Incessant beeping of alarms from the kitchen and long wait for food ruins the “family restaurant” experience. Why do the beeps from the kitchen need to be so loud and so persistent? Are they trying to get you to leave sooner. Highly irritating. Not recommended for young children.

Pathetic experience. Took extremely long to just serve 4 soft-serve ice creams. We could see only 1 person doing all the chores and that too he seemed pretty new and inexperienced. Wouldn't wanna go there again!

I drive an extra 15mins to go to the Vermont McDonalds now. As this store, time after time stuff up my order and for some reason their ice-cream machine is never working. If by chance you should get your order on time then you are guaranteed that your burger will be sloppy.

Most dirty Mcdonald I even seen in Australia, does anyone agree? Toliets, foods left over on the tables, grounds.disgusting.
