48 Surely, it isn’t that difficult to check a delivery order, before it is given to the assigned driver? Makes for a very frustrating experience, when a family member misses out on an item, which they have ordered,
I understand that you’d prefer to have junior staff on the clock, to maximise your profits, but having the presence of an adult occasionally, on site, would certainly help with the above,
Drive through service is TERRIBLE! Very slow every time I’ve been but today the line is not even moving!
Toilets were clean, staff smiling and friendly. I got served quickly and my meal was hot and fresh, although no indoor seating due to COVID.
Food poor quality cold chips and chicken (ordered double McChicken) hardly any mayo so was very very dry
Ice cold coffee was good but the double fillet of fish was terrible, coldish and no tartar sauce
Very ordinary, especially since I ordered the meal to be made fresh

I love the staff and I love the friendly service, but my god, your drive thru wait times are the worst in Victoria.
Two staff were happily operating without wearing a mask properly. Mask goes over the nose, it's that simple
I am consistently disappointed in the quality of this mcdonalds, I understand it's fast food; but there should be some standards.this is my local and every time I go here whether that be via drive thru or by delivery I am either missing items or my food is cold. Three times in a row I have ordered delivery and there has not been any fries in the order and the food I have managed to receive is cold. It's just not good enough sorry guys.
Its been twice now that my drive thru order has been missing one or the other stuff. Got to check your order before leaving.
A go to for lazy evenings or busy days when you need some comfort food. Never had any complaints about the service. Usually go for drive through which is very fast
Waited half n hour for ubereats to message me and say that the order is not ready. Then had to ring them and ask whats happening with my order. The guy who amswered the phone said the order hasmt gone through.

Today's order was a Large Double Quarter Pounder meal without the fries.
Last week's order was a Hotcakes Regular Meal without the Hash Brown and without Butter or Syrup. Can't say I enjoyed 3 Hotcakes without topping.
The week before that, ordered 2x McFlurrys but only received one.
Whenever I've called to complain or point out their errors the team member on the other line is often unfazed or unperturbed by the situation. I am not the only customer that has had items continually missing from their order.
Come on management, you can do better than this. Training must be woeful.
Closest McDonald's as the one in my shopping centre closed down. What a great experience. I dined in on Friday early evening stayed for a while, was on the phone as I had a work meeting. I really appreciated that all the team were friendly and smiling and approachable. They did not put pressure on me to order in a hurry, they understood I had to sit down as I had a work meeting and they did not disturb me at all. When I went to order, I apologized to the team member that I was on the phone and not wanting to be rude, he was very understanding and brought out my meal in a timely manner which meant I did not have to make unnecessary trips to the counter.it was a long and hectic day and I was feeling dehydrated and so I appreciated the team checking in and bringing me water and allowing me to sit down close to the counter as I was feeling dizzy too as I hadn't eaten properly and my hypoglycemia was triggered with low blood sugar levels. I spoke with Luke about the great customer service and also let the Manager Con know too. I feel they deserve a huge pat on the back for a great customer service experience, keep up the great work Macca's crew.
There is always something missing in your order.the crew members here have not been trained properly for sure.
Worst experience ever. Refused to refund for something not available but never forget charging for a little sauce.bad!
Last 3- 4 days in the morning I ordering Regular cappuccino with 2 sugar. But, they never add sugar into it. There is no point to add later it's change the taste of coffee.
Sunday morning, no one else in store, staff not interested in serving, play area needs a good clean
With the current situation of covid, the toilets were disgusting had to walk out.having said that the team member that served us was lovely.
Well, son ordered a meal, I ordered iced coffee, both were good. Service fine but have the prices gone up or what!? Still surprised!
