McDonald's Thomastown II

They forgot to bag my order and left me waiting at the counter for more than 5 minutes. Then my burger was smashed, chips were cold, very disappointed.

Eaten here a few times. Quite a busy location surrounded by a shopping centre precinct. Store is clean tidy and recently renovated.my Caesar Salad came out without dressing and no Parmesan. Staff apologized and fixed the problem quickly. Toilets were clean and there is plenty of parking. My Latte was excellent!

Ordered a breaky burger meal, a sausage and egg meal and a frappe this morning. Only 1 hashbrown was given to us and the sausage and egg only had sausage on it. Me and my housemate now have a game to see if we can guess if they are going to mess up our order today everytime we give them another try and without fail, they never get it right. I dont recommend this maccas. They are useless.

Amazing. I think it was the manager who offer my little daughter a soft serve, he was amazing, short but big heart. Kudos mate. Need more people like you around. 5 stars for the people who works at maccas TT not for macd itself.

Poor service from manager Nathan. I was given an incorrect order; normal quarter pounder and half full chips when I ordered a double quarter pounder. Returned the next day with receipt and had no solution offered. Very unsatisfied with this customer service and I will not be returning.

Service was awful and the girls were so rude! The burgers were the worst (dry, old, little to no sauce) and we didn’t receive any fries

Forgot the egg in my sausage n egg muffin drove back n they just slapped an egg on cold sausage and gave it back to me wasnt happy

I wonder how many burgers they have to replace by not listening when told "No Pickles on the burger"

A decent Macca's but with a small issue trying to keep up with the customers mess.
Nothing fancy here to make it 5-star either.

Very poor in customer services. Food is also bad as the staffs don’t care what they’re cooking. They made something Like fries without salt, Sausage and egg muffin without the egg.

Best Big Mac I have had EVER & I even got chips through the driveway and they weren't half full like most other Maccas trying to save a buck by ripping the customer off - WINNING

Pretty much the worst maccas around. Never gets a order right, your burgers look like they have been through a food processor and drive thru wait times and rediculious. I'm not blaming staff, I'm blaming bad management and training.

It's a worldwide, proven fast food venue that is a well rated chain.
This outlet was as good any other.

I find the consistency lacking at this particular McDonald's. Most recently, I ordered food for friends and found missing food which should've been in the bag. This coupled with a long drive through wait time makes me seek alternate franchises wherever possible. Entry is awkward and tight, exiting can be difficult with the traffic.

Went to this mcdonalds and a guy in the kitchen was giving me a deathstare as i was ordering, made me feel uncomfortable so i left

Very nice food and super clean place, great fast customer service. Loved it. Best McDonald in northern suburbs.
