McDonald's Taylors Lakes

Regular visitor as it’s my local Maccas and continually frustrated by the ‘out of order’ milkshake machine or the fact that 7 out of 10 times I get asked to park, even with a simple order. Currently sitting in the carpal with 8 other drive through customer waiting.

GREAT kids playground. Same old maccas everything else. Burger and chips came out very cold. Ordered water for my 3yo, ended up finding out it was lemonade after she said she likes the sweet water. Not very happy. Staff offered replacement however damage was done.

25 mins in drive thru and for a Big Mac meal and Nuggets for the mrs on a Tuesday night, surely a piss take?
Writing this as I’m still sitting here, might catch breakfast in the same stop.

Every time i have been there the order ends up wrong, i live across the road and by the time i get the fries home there just warm

Had a 4th Birthday party here and been to a few others since. Staff are great with the kids and the food is Macca's standard. Coffee orders for parties do take a while but the priorities the kids which is more important (to some).

Could here us say to hold on a second wile we look at the menu,

then told us to drive forward and order, then rushed us off to the waiting bay

McRibs where covered in sauce that oozed out of the box and covered everything else chips where rank and not fresh also forgot straw an too late when your on the freeway!

Bad service do not recommend

A lady Staff was using broom to sweep both table and chairs while she was sweeping floor. This is basic hygiene practice. How could it happen in front of customers eye?

Chips are great at this Maccas! But for the love of god please stop putting the cheese on the bottom of the cheeseburger

Our fries were just warm and I asked for a weak cappuccino and got normal strength and when I got it it came out in a latte glass. I wasn't very impressed at all.

I ordered four large frozen cokes for my friends they gave me half filled drinks then when we asked them to fill them up we still had one half filled.

The time it took for the young man to receive instructions and punch it into the self serve machine I could have told them at the cash register and be done. No fault of his own but not sure what McDonalds is trying to do.

Pretty decent for a suburban McDonalds, sometimes I'll order the food to be brought to my table but I'll have leave my table to go back to the counter for a straw anyways.
