I come here every seconday and i think you need to check the total and all the prices when we order threw drive threw. Yes the order will be right but the price is wrong unless you have a calculator qe are not going to know. Lucky i can count. 5

Every time i go drive through, something is missing.i ordered cheese burger with extra cheese, instead i got i got no cheese and no tomato sauce. The sticker specifying what i wanted in the burger said extra cheese as well. I am very disappointed with this Mcdonald’s. From now onwards i will be checking before i leave, to make sure everything i ordered is there.

I swear to god this is the worst maccas in all of Melbourne they never get anything right every order is wrong and always missing stuff, got a the phone never goes through, I hope you burn down in 2023:)

This is probably one of the better franchise outlets I have visted in sometime.
Clean and tidy and good service with a full cup of hot coffee and no bitter after taste.
So if you like a maccas coffee drop in. It is worth a vist.

Food is got and fresh, chips and chicken bites are amazing. Chicken mcspicy was really good.very busy at peak times.

Top service, but onto the drive through was open. The cheese in my tostie wasn't fully melted, but you you tell it was made fresh. Coffee eas nice got a decaf cause I didn't wanna stay up all night white boy awesome.

Im giving 5 stars, because in general I arrived on a day where the BIG BOSSES came in, which meant no mucking around with how quick I got my order. Originally, I would have to wait 15-20mins for my order, and that dont really matter if its drive thru or ordering inside.

I am sorry to says this was the dirtiest Maccas we have ever seen. Not only the sitting area but the coffee area as well. The toilets were shocking as apparently some of the patrons don't understand that once you use the toilet paper it should then go in the toilet not on the floor. Also my soy coffee cost more than other Maccas. Not impressed.

It's maccas. Although this particular store i wouldn't label fast food. Me and my young family waited 30 minutes for our meal. There's a first for everything I guess

Food was yum and fresh ordered fillet o fish and fries apple pie toilets were dirty and disgusting

Hate to say it but customer service here isn't good! Always rush rush next next, and food orders regularly are missing items, it's not good enough to simply credit those items the next time it should be correct before I drive off. Please make some improvements.

At the time we visited the standard of store was very poor, tables dirty, all bins over flowing. Undoubtedly suffering from staff shortages.

Quick service. Drive through is busy. Parking available. Can order at the counter or at the kiosks.

Every time I have been to this store I have had items missing or old that taste like rubber.
Was just made to wait 20ming for my meal to be given old nuggets and missing crispy aoli wrap.without fail there has something always gone wrong

It's annoying to be kept waiting for food without apology, especially when the chips and drinks weren't full

Worse McDonald's I've been to since the day I was born! Burger isn't even wrapped and the food is all over the place!

There today for breakfast, the service was poor! Very slow & hardly any staff, also one staff member just walked past me several times and ignored me when she could clearly see I needed service! I’ll never go back there again!

I have never been so disappointed in a McDonald’s in my life… they took my 3 seperate orders at the order station then when I proceeded to pay told me that I had to drive back around if I wanted to have my third order! Then we went into the store and the idiots gave us cold food which took forever to come out! Staff was rude and unhelpful… honestly will never be going back here and marking sure that everyone I know doesn’t go here either… and to top it off staff members were in correctly wearing masks under there noses… disgusting!

With Lockdown we thought we would have late night Maccas for a change as our local Maccas is just up the road. All the food was hot and great quality. A chance for me to get out of the house for drive through supper. Friendly staff and good hot food to end the night.

Every single time i go to this store its the worst experience. You try and keep your order simple with no alterations and still you are made to wait in the waiting bay for 5min. How long does is take to make a small cheese burger meal. Once you get the meal the chips are cold, there is always something missing. I think mcdonalds really needs to talk to their franchisee because they are doing a rubbish job of running the store. Why is it that at hungry jacks or kfc you dont wait and the food is always hot and nothing is missing.
