McDonald's Swanston & Lonsdale

Food was rushed & made with little to no care at all.
Not sure if Elizabeth St (near Flinders) is busier than this one, I know you wait a little longer for the food at Flinders but have not had an issue with an order from that location.

Very bad service, rude manager. I ordered cheeseburger happy meal for my niece. I specified twice, that it will be Meat and Cheese only Take away.
Guess what, when I get home.it has Onion in it.
Its very disappointing, I bin all of it.

I lost my phone outside this venue. Got it back from the counter. Good staff. Checked everything before handing it over to me.

Came for the delicious food but stayed for the atmosphere. I really liked the birds inside pooping everywhere. Such a shame they demolished it.

They Never get the right order. If you going to work at least when you take an order make sure it's the right one. I think maccas should give you free meals if they get it wrong like Swnsrons street does

McDonalds head office should be very proud of this store.
The staff are very good as this store is very busy all of the time.
They are polite and caring about what their customers want and make sure that all orders are correct.
We had about 6 meals in a week and at no time did we have any issues with our meals or the quality of service.

Awesome location. Always busy makes me feel alive. I ordered through McDonald's app and I was in Melbourne Central to pick up I was advised that it went to this store instead. The staff were understanding and made me another order. Great service

Confirms order with customer before handing over. Good method to prevent others running off with your food.

Asked for barista to serve the beverige warm, but instead was given a hot coffee, burnt my tongue.

Dirty, not interested in customer service, my burger was stale to the point where it was too hard to eat! Hardly any sauce and no pickles or lettuce (bigmac). Also put multiple stickers over the whole box and i couldnt open it without a struggle.i had no customization to warrent a sticker let alone 6! Guy behind the counter kept itching his nose and then touched customers food! Never come here again.

Toilet not fully opened and dirty and staff didn't attend and clean over two hours. Supervisor not friendly and cruelty to her staff.

Probably a good place to shoot up in the convenience of their toilet facilities, if the spent syringes are anything to go by.

When I was here the manager came and threw out a man who was clearly homeless. He wasn't doing anything wrong, just wanted to eat the meal he had just bought. They'll take a homeless person's money, but they won't let them finish their meal or treat them with common human decency. The man was obviously in need and you could see he was devastated by this indignity. This little performance sickened me so much I couldn't eat my meal. I can't see myself ever eating at McDonald's ever again.

Good spot was busy and the toilets were locked for some reason. So had to go to gv centre across the road. But food ok for late night visit.

Every MacDonald is alright but they cope really well with the number of drunk people that visit every night and the food is good

Located on a busy street but maintains a generous size. Staff are also great but quite the standard.

Took over an hour to prepare 10 nuggets and medium big mac meal. Nuggets were burnt and chips were cold. Also given the wrong sauce.

It's maccas so food is exactly as you would expect. Prompt service during dinner hours, very clean dispute being quite busy. Plenty of seating upstairs. The sparrows here are very friendly and polite. Would visit again just to feed them again.
