McDonald's Swanston & Lonsdale

Been ordered via Maccas app from this Mcdonalds Swanston branch since it’s closer to my gym. Today, I ordered a strong latte and a large fries but the supposed strong latte tasted below average…the fries were oily and soft (supposed crispy and tasty since it was hot) by comparing with Blackburn Road one that closer to where I live.

Now, it’s clear that even same company, same recipe & same operation; however, if same type of food such like fries made by different people then tastes will be different…just FYI.

Another disappointment…

SO SLOW! Worst customer service ever. Never experienced anything worse. They did not care about their customers and was going the slowest. Never coming here ever again.

NO ONIONS. I am Mexican. It is important to my culture actually that I have onions and also yeah.but the service was beautiful.

21/09 1: 30pm the manager is so rude! I understand it’s too busy, she can’t handle the things even shouted to the staff in front of the customers. 1 customer walked out and said “ you don’t have the right to do that to your staff” after that her attitude still the same shouting rudely! She badly needs anger management training and good manners.

Really under staffed, hard to get service and they never seem to have any sweetener for the coffee.

This is, apparently, an Angus beef burger.
Along with cold fries and warm water.

I was in line to order food and asked if I could do without the lettuce, but it whispered foul language and hoped that the manager would teach the staff well.

While having dinner at the Hot Pot restuarant on Swanston St, CBD Melbourne, I had to go to the toilet and I was told to use the MacDonald's next door, so I did and to my surprise, I found the Vortex Hand Dryer that my company Ozwashroom manufacture and distribute it io effecient and powerful, running like a dream.

The food is getting less and less fresh. The fish fort I bought tonight contains discarded fish. There is no moisture at all. The French fries seem to be left for a day, and they are all thrown away.

The boss and the leaders are too stuck up and arrogant. They are overindulged with powers and authorities to insult, yell and swear at staff with no respect.

Same maccas that you could get anywhere else.just like the rest.there's a cool upstairs dining area too, but that's about it.

In the name of cost savings they only add half the amount if coffee for large coffees. Its just milk and sugar for the amount of large coffee. Its a joke! Burn your money but don't buy coffee from here. They don't press their coffee to show they use full coffee, and when they press you'll know they're fooling you!

After you finished eating and you want to go to the toilet do not go there stuff too lazy to clean toilet very unhygienic

I never usually do reviews, but I've had 4 Mcchicken burgers on seperate occasions, but the burgers are always so dry and not fresh. Before, It was a lot better - back 2-3 months ago. Not too sure what has happened, but I am extremely dissapointed!

Good branch here and convenient location if you go shopping around QV and Melbourne Central area. There are chairs upstairs if it gets full on ground level so that's a plus.

Great location. Same food. They need to improve on the variety of food items, especially in the vegeratian and vegan section. The fries were nice, different.

I bought Big Mac today, but they forgot to put patty and cheese. Its normally 2 patty with cheese, but I only got 1 patty with no cheese.
I paid normal price. Maybe its because of they are busy, but I can said that they are not professional to made the mistake like this.
So sad

the whole place is in terrible condition with extremely rude staff，wonder with so many bad comments they still didnt get rid off the manager？

Like any other McDonald’s. Friendly staff but they interact within the speech and the stiff frame they are allow to. Anyway, kids keep loving it and I took my kid there for a happy meal.

Super busy place and not very clean. I guess it's inevitable with the amount of people going in and out of this place.
My other complaint is that the self help machines cannot scanned QR code. This issue also applies to other McD branches.

I only ordered coffee, which was quite ok.
