McDonald's Swan Hill

No better, no worse than any other Macca's. They'll stuff up the order with the usual frequency, but the food is all uniform and you know what you're getting.

Meal was good as usual, but missed 2 things from our order that we had to request on showing our receipt, as well as the sweet and sour sauce I ordered.

Nothing spectacularly good or bad about this restaurant. Just your stock standard Maccas that can get your order wrong sometimes but also more often than not, gets it right too hot weather seems to cause some chronic issues with the ice cream machine, something Swan Hill can have a bit of? , though there’s general always something you can buy to quench a thirst on a hot day anyway.

Drive thru is almost 80% incorrect everytime we order. Inside the place, flies were flying everywhere. Staff needs to do more training with regards to proper hygiene and food handling. Service time is average, not slow but not quick either. One thing I cant forget is that we clearly put in the self-order device that there must not be pickles in our burger but when we opened our burger up, pickles where present. This may sound shallow but what if a person is allergic to some ingredients and requested not to have it but end up consuming it? !

Not good we wanted a coffee and they were not doing any for another 10 minutes, so we travelled 80ks to home and made our own coffee, a tad dissapointed

Not good service there we stopped in on the way up to Ivanhoe New South Wales and they mixed our drink cups we got two coffees instead of one coffee and one vanilla chai latte on the way back we stopped in there they mix the size of our wraps up and the takeaway food was cold and soggy. This was very disappointing as we always get good service at other McDonald's

Best Maccas coffee, egg and bacon brekky plus a sausage and bacon McMuffin I've ever had at McDonald's (and I've had plenty)

Don't like how the fries are usually cold and the burgers taste like they sat around in a warmer for hours, plus 2 outta 5 times the order is wrong. They seem to be going down hill so we don't eat from there much, occasionally get it for the kids.

I had to wait for over twenty minutes to get a ice cream in a cone. The place was dirty and the staff were falling over each other, it was obvious that they were not following the plan.

Absolutely would not recommend this store. The customer service is absolutely disgusting and the managers seem to think it is okay to say to a customer ‘what do you want? ’ And then when told that the way he spoke was rude, to say ‘well I didn’t think it was that bad. ’ The store was also putrid, no clean tables and food all over the floor. If I could give less than one star I would. Will not be going back there.

Ordered 2 m&m mcflurrys one was half full the other was less tried to call no answer they charge enough for their food you should get a decent amount

This place was busy. However, waiting 15min for the food, was not good. When I finally got the food, it was the wrong order. The kitchen seemed chaotic, and unorganised. Would not go there again

Called in on Saturday evening, it was super crazy busy, staff were polite, food was super fresh, coffee was amazing, too many grumpy customers, they needed to get in touch with reality, felt sorry for the staff, they were doing a great job under the circumstances. Happy to stop in there anytime at all.

McDonalds store located on the Southern entry to Swan Hill.
Has twin lane drive through, kids play ground, public and disabled toilets, disabled car parking, Free WIFI, indoor and outdoor dining.
Wheel chair friendly.

We enjoyed our burgers and the coffees were absolutely amazing. The staff member who helped us select our order was so helpful.
We will be back again on our next trip to Swan Hill.

This store seemed very un-organised for a busy morning. They had a few events on yesterday, so it would be expected everyone would want a maccas breakfest. I went threw the drive threw, staff at the pay window were very un-polite. I had to park 3 houses away and walk back to maccas to get my food I went threw the drive threw for! I still had to wait 1hr in the store for my food, I only ordered an apple pie and a egg and bacon muffin.

Smallest McDonalds I've ever been in.
Very busy after Netball. Can't believe only one toilet for females and one for males. Parking is hard and very narrow. Very little room to get in and out and lacking in car spaces. Food was hot and tasty staff helpful.

Quick turnaround with friendly staff. Place does look like it needs a good clean most days I have visited.

Manger and staff had heated decision in front of customers, they need to do this away from the public but busy

We were passing through Swan Hill and stopped for a coffee, the young man who served us was so helpful and polite, a credit to the management
