McDonald's Swan Hill

Could not understand the girl on the drive through speaker and she was very indignant when I suggested she speak a little slower. Had to wait for our order of 2 coffees and 2 muffins and finally when the boy came out he had 4 coffees and no muffins. After another wait and my husband going into the store we got our order. The coffee tasted like dishwater and the muffins were dry and crumbly. Never again at Swan Hill.

Unbelievably long time to get a small order with only 3 cars in front of me in drive through, waited around 20 mins

They did a good job, kind, making me great food, although the chips are a bit stale, but the burger and the pie was great. They just need to make sure tables are regularly cleaned and some of the Young staff just need to be more careful with the hand hygiene, such as not wiping their face with a hand at the service counter

Service at Swan Hill McDonald's is absolutely appalling. They treat the customer like they are nothing, and a majority of the time, you can never get frappes- Apple pies- milk shakes ext.worst McDonald's in Australia

Absolutely appalling.
Had coffee two days in a row. First day scolding hot.
Second day milk, no coffee.
Service was terrible, lady was rude and unhelpful.
Tip: she needs more assistance

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a maccas the customer service was horrible we weren’t even rude and one of the girls talked to us so horribly get some better customer service skills.

Toilets were dirty. Chips were cold. Drinks were not full. Ordered grilled chicken and got crispy chicken. Staff were swearing and yelling in customer area. Staff were loud. Not to mention after our touch screen self order the receipt did not print (So we didn't know our order number) when we asked staff for help they ignored us for several minutes and when they finally came over they cut us off mid sentence and were rude towards us.

Actually I don't want to make bad reviews about mcdonald's, but the situation is compelling. At 10.55 pm on 18 June 2022 I walked to mcdonald's in such a hungry state, when I arrived, the door was closed. I decided to go make an order to drive thru. When I arrived, I was chased away because I didn't have a four -wheel drive. Am I wrong in this. I came from far away just to eat but was treated like this. I have money. I didn't come to steal. Hopefully Macdonald's side can solve this problem. Finally. I'm really hungry

The cleanest McDonald's I've ever been in toilets fantastic food was amazing for fast food so fresh staff very helpful/friendly

First time in a long time and what a regrette full mistake.
Watched a larger Red/ginger head guy walk around with sum of our meal in hand while waiting for the rest of our meal get done.and then by the time we recieved it it was cold, paid for a meal deal and was hopping for a hot delicious meal for the Fam.how Wrong i Got it.tummy feeling sick from eating a cold meal.never again will i take the family.

Just needed a coffee and McDonald's is the one place you can rely on a decent cuppa most of the time.

Nothing personal, but I wasted 30 minutes trying to get on the WiFi and it was like groundhogs day

Slow service and we realised they got our order wrong after we drove off. Couldn’t be bothered to go back.

Phone out with going there and not getting your order complete you realise halfway when you get home. Haven't bothered fixing one of their drive-thru screens long waiting times. You could do better Swan Hill McDonald's.

Waited over 10 minutes for a toasted sandwich and a slice of raisin toast, when I spoke to server the guy making mine had given it to someone else and thrown order out. Luckily the duty manager had taken my order and sorted out the problem. She apologised but the young man didn't

Do not go to this McDonald’s! Find somewhere better to eat and spend your money & time! The Managers here are so rude to their workers, especially right in front of the customers! My family (I had kids at the age of 3 and 5 with me alongside my husband and mother in law) and I came in about 3: 30pm today and we saw an older woman yelling and swearing at a young female worker before grabbing an order and shoving it into the girls chest with extremely hard force, even my husband and mother in law saw how hard it was. We all agreed that this is disgusting behaviour especially to do so in front of your customers. I would rate this place 0/5 stars if I could. Shame on you!

In the past 25 years Swan Hill Maccas has only marginally improved, and that means it's still one of the single worst Maccas in Aus. Always check your order and receipt BEFORE leaving the drive through!

It doesn’t affect me but your receipt from the drive through is totally un readable and as such is illegal
Also in usable for tax or secret shopper
It under contract and only takes minutes to swap

The staff is not friendly at all. I order large french fries with chicken shaker and I only get the original large french fries. I asked the staff but they said ‘they dont have any chicken shaker’ and that’s all. They dont even care with my order. They should ask me first if they dont have the chicken shaker. It’s not a big deal for me, but the staff communication is horrible.

Why do you have items on the menu when you don't really hae them. Two times in a row i have ordered spicy burger and I did not get it.
