McDonald's St Albans

You are the worst McDonalds ever I have ever encountered. 10/10 you manager to mess up the order. Simple examples: can I have a happy meal with a FRESH cheeseburger without pickle? Then the question: did you want the whole order to be fresh? So. I still have to give my child a cold meal with a cheeseburger with pickle in it. Why? Why are you soooo carless. You could work anywhere else if you cannot fulfill an expectation for an order in the simplest junk food restaurant of Earth.

An other example: same story just with more items in it: . Would you like your whole order fresh? Yes please, and please make sure the cheeseburger is without pickle. Sure no worries. I had to park in the waitin zone. After 15 minutes, literally, the girl gave the order ice cold. Most likely forgot about it.

Approximate time of purchase 10: 10pm

I was trying to purchase small big mac meal and cheeseburger (x2) on the app.
2 occupants were in car with 2 phones and separate app codes.

Attendant refused to sell the deal to each person, stating that " only 1 code is allowed per car".

I questioned that it should be 1 code per person per visit.

She insisted it was 1 code per car. This does not make sense. So if there are 2 people in a car with 2 codes, does this mean I have to go through the drive through twice?

I have always been able to use 2 codes per car if there are 2 people in the car. I just have to pay in separate transactions.

Frustratingly we only used the 1 code. Could not be bothered walking into the store to use the other code. I will never return to St Albans Mcdonald's again. Clearly the people there are ignorant of their only company policies.

Did you know that only at a certain time you'd get them for $1.50, any other times they're $2.75! I know, right? !?
So make sure u go in the afternoon and get it when they're cheaper.hehe

Hopeless staff that cannot even put a burger together even if it's only lettuce, chicken and sauce, had to put it together myself only to find the lettuce was brown. Nether going back here even though I live in St albans

The worst macdonalds! If you want missing items, cold stale food, long waits and to be charged for items that have run out and not being told at all. Until you go in to ask for it, COME HERE.

Worst McDonald's you could ever visit ordered from them a couple of time made the same complaint over and over yet nothing is being done today got served uncooked patty, uncooked nuggets (still half frozen) and cold fries WORST MCDONALDS EVER! Please tell who does this to their own cups like do they just reuse their cups but painted on the colours or what!

Went there on a Friday night, apparently toilets are locked, says customer only, ask manager to open door, well that takes 10 minutes, as always busy there, do they think drug dealers live in st.albans or something, and that same time, police came in for their free food, I saw them order and pick up, no payment given.so U eat there but still have to go to counter to ask them to open toilet.giving st.albans a bad image, they take your money, but don't care about customer s.

Worst maccas ever. Every single time I order a burger without onion I get onion without a doubt! Even though I say it 2 or 3 times every time and make them repeat it back to me it still happens. I've called and got a replacement meal, only to have that burger contain onion again. I am allergic so it kinda matters

The worst McDonald’s you can think of. The cafe was absolutely messy and dirty, seems very unhygienic.
The staff was rude too, specially the one who took my order Amanda. Never going back there.
The management should train their staff better, not smiling or even saying thank you. Disgusted

Worst experience ever. I especially asked for fresh and hot and they served absolutely cold and old meal.

Disgusting place. Toilets are closed, you have to ask them to open it for you. And when they open it, you wonder if they ever clean it. Doors in toilets are damaged and you actually don't want to be there. I wonder if it is a deliberate act.you should boycott this place.

I ordered and wrap and a double quarter ponder the wrap sticker to the paper and it has no taste the burger was only a quarter ponder what a rip off the chips were so cold

This might be the worst McDonald's ever. If you can't serve 24/7 then just don't. Went it at 3am and got served cold fries with no salt at all. The fries were like 2 days old. Worst fries ever had. Ordered a big Mac and the it was cold too. Worst McDonald's ever visited. JUST DONT STAY OPEN TILL LATE IF YOU ARE THAT LAZY. You guys deserve 0 stars.

No paper receipts in order station's, charged for items on the menu that weren't in stock. Had to ask for refund. Given wrong drink, double qtr pounder came as only a single. 3 out of the 5 screens broken, rubbish on the floor. Needs some love and probably understaffed at 1: 30pm lunch rush still going strong.

Whoever makes the lattes and mcafe drinks is good, they'v always been good. But, without a doubt even if there's no cars behind you they will tell you to wait in the parking lot anyways. Often cold and unseasoned food as well. It's a toss up.

DYLAN the manager was so rude he told me I did not paid the self service machine did not print me out the receipt but when I check my bank it was withdrawn lost $10 he try to back talk at me as well DO NOT RECOMMEND the people who work here

I have been using drive through service for the past couple weeks on Saturday around 12: 30pm. There is absolutely NO customer service from the girls at the windows! Never have they said "Hi" or a simple " Thank you"! They stare at you, give you the food or the eftpos machine then stare at you again so you can move on! They need to taught what customer service is or should just get a new job! Disgusting service.

Worst ever experience at this branch, we especially requested them to make it fresh, as can wait. But the meals was cold and tasteless. Highly not recommended.

Great staff but the restaurant itself isn't impressive. I don't recommend the women's toilet, unless you like people being able to see you on the toilet!

Bought 3 icreams from maccas. The first one came out quick but the other 2 took a very long time. Cause the staff were too busy talking each other about how there day. By the time we got the last icream the first icream had already started to melt. I complained to the manager but he didn't care.
