Worst service ever and at the end went home with wrong order! Kids are very upset

You would be lucky to get fresh food. Also majority of the times drive through service gives u wrong order, u open it up at home then straight in the bin. They just don’t care.

The one thing I don't understand is how McDonald's allows this venue to serve sub par quality food consistently for such a long time (5+ years)

Worse place to get drive thru once they ask you to wait in bay that's it, you have to come inside to get your food as the whole staff chill inside no matter how busy it gets

Always been unhappy whenever I buy something from here, I don’t understand why?
Just ordered two Big Mac and got cold chips and the Diet Coke wasn’t even real, looks like they get some cheap drinks from coles.

Just stick to the product get food and come out.
No cleanliness -
Not the best for dining
Dining with family is not the best option to choose if you are here.
Toilets are not the best maintained

I always get the wrong order and I always get parked to wait for my order. The customer service is horrible as well. They couldn't not act more like they hated working there I'd they tried.

Black latte. I had it first time after waiting 25 mins on drive through. Where no staff on window. Worst outlet.

Tbh, I always had a bas experience with St. Alban's mc donalds. They have one job to do and always they dont fulfil your family meal box, atleast 5 to 6 times i had missing 20pc nuggets in my mealbox. Staff needs to be questioned why this happens so frequently specially in the takeaway mealboxes. Something dodgy i would say. Mac donald's should investigate on this missing items if the staff try to save them up for their late night parties?

Always the same and the worst McDonald's in the area!
Worst coffee & the fried chips are terrible unless you request them freshly cooked.
Burgers appear re-heated most times and every time I go in for a toasted cheese, ham & tomatoe sandwich for $5.00, they scrimp on the ham, cheese, bread not toasted and always tomatoe ends are included in the price.
A disgrace.

Ordered Mac Family Box, confirmed 2 times to make sure 20 nuggets with garlic sauce. Ended up with 10 nuggets and sweet and sour sauce. Confirmed 2 times to make sure as it was not the first time happened.

Very very poor service. Totally unprofessional staff. If u wish to waste time and money then this place is for you. Such a poor quality mccafe. Their cofffee tated really bad. Comes here couple of time thinking maybe this time they do better but every time

Terrible service. Coffee too hot. I watched it being made with no thermometer used.
Staff member very rude when approached over this matter. To top it off hamburgers were slapped together with pattie sitting half off the bun. I now go to Keilor

Fast service, they get their food out at a reasonable time, not too fast where they just mess up the order and not too long, they are also pretty good under pressure

Has to be the worst Maccas. Got my order wrong three times with barely even an apology. Didn’t bother to even check what they did wrong. Judging from the amount of people waiting in the parking lot, they were messing everybody’s orders up. Staff need so much more training.

Worst customer service and the store manager Carmen is the worst and very rude store manager should be fired they don’t own their mistakes…

I ordered Monolopy Classic angus Bundle and Pancake bundle but only receive 2 Drinks and a Furry through uber eat app. Called them but they asked to go to the place. Why tf would i have to order through uber eat if i could go to the restaurant. 40 $ for 2 drinks and a Furry, fuking great.

Well ordered a family meal and they got it alk wrong. Could not understand my order. Burgers in wrong boxes. Dressings not orderd. Short on total order.
C mon maccas. Get the training right and your orders right. Very bad service and ripping me off with my or someoneelses order. Not happy

The typical McDonalds restaurant with all the standard items, but the quality of service and food is lacking compared to other store that are only a 5 - 10min drive away.

Orders are regularly wrong or burgers are old and dry. Very disappointing for what is considered fast food to also take a while just to make a standard menu item.

I dont regularly go to McDonalds, like most its a guilty pleasure but pointless if there is no pleasure.

Very rude customer service I was trying to order and she didn't even listen and when I got to the windows she rolled her eyes at me and didn't even get my order right.
