McDonald's Roxburgh Drive

I wish i had a photo went past at 2 am every table i kid you not every table had left over food and wrap and sauce on it disgusting

Been trying to call the store for over 3 hours and that's just today let's not talk about the previous 3 days I've been trying to call! Do they not know how to pick up a phone?

Been going there for years even before the playground was built, the customer service is great & very friendly 2 thumbs up!

We ordered Chicken Crispy Burger and double checked with staff it’s Halal or No. After staff assurance it’s 100% Halal we ordered one and we shocked when got the ordered they add Becon in the burger. We compliant about the incident but staff reaction was like nothing happened.so ridiculous.

Great place for drug deals, kick back wif da boyz, and the odd bj in the carpark. Oh and the cheeseburgers are good too

Great service. We had a misunderstanding regarding quantities, and they supplied an extra chai at no extra cost.

Manager in charge this morning is very verbally aggressive to her staff. The poor kids, I feel sorry for them. It's not a good thing for my own kids to see.

Can’t seem to get anything right. I’m sick to death of coming home with 1,2 or 3 things missing from my order.

Its Halal certified restaurant, there is indoor playground its very good with cold days, always busy and need more clean, But generally nice to spend a time there with your lovely kids

This McDonalds was very badly run with all the staff looking stressed. The order operator got our order wrong. The place itself was dirty, even the toilets were unclean and in need of repair. Never again!

Standard Macca's food but the staff and dining area are a bit below par. They often forget items in your order or sometimes if you order food as well as aMcCafe drink, they'll forget your food all together. The dining area is spoilt by the uncivilized Arab families and their out of control offspring. They make a hell of a noise and throw food all over the floor and then just up and leave. You have to really watch your step here.

First time I've had Mickey dees in over 2 years. Totally regret it! Is it actual food? ! I don't know! ! I originally came for a mini sherrins they're selling cheap. They got me and now I have a headache and feel crappy.

Good location, they serve halal food, but in the same time there are non halal and pork food served in this location, we took big Mac and it was great, there is a nice play area for kids

Useless. Can never get orders right, never have anything that is promoted on TV and something is always broken whether that be soft serve machine or eftpos.

Waited 20 minutes for breakfast no hash browns or chocolate fraphe or shakes told after waiting. Will not go to this store again no organisation

It's a standard McDonalds, as nice as you can get. Staff were fine but it felt like they were watching me while I was making my order at the self service. I'm sure they only wanted to help but it was more annoying as I'm more than capable to handle those machines on my own,

No napkins or straws available. Waited 15 minutes. Most tables dirty, bins overflowing. Staff were rude, slow, unwelcoming and unmotivated. This place was missing the reset button, as it needed to be pressed. Not sure if the reset button was missing as in "gone", or no one had the accuracy to actually press the button when aiming with their finger.
