McDonald's Roxburgh Drive

The most uneducated poorly spoken workers. What school did they all go to. Poor.service and the way they speak is like they are from the bronx. The workers think it's a playground and have no respect. The food at this McDonald's taste so different to others, quite disgusting actually. If you don't want to acustom to Australia then the door is widely open for you. Speak and treat others like you would want them to treat you own families.

I just made my order and they gave me a half chicken been bitten, 185 if anyone cares see what's going on

Everything is upto the mark the only issue we are facing with tge new management or may be the new manager is that they are not serving chicken menu in the morning
They use to serve uptil now im eating it from last four years now they dont serve
Can you please help us out in this matter, as we finish work in the morning and eat chicken burgers

This place is the worst place in the world. They never take orders and they never have card, only cash at this point it feels like they don’t even want the money. And the workers look like they would rather be watching grass grow than working for this store. They are always in the worse mood and treat as tho you are inconveniencing them. I have never experienced worse customer service and worse food. The food that comes out of this place and the time u the waste while they try to figure out how to even make a burger you’re better off just being hungry.

I can’t believe how dirty a place can be! I don’t understand why a multibillion dollar company don’t hire more staff or staff that clean? The floors are always so sticky and dirty! DO NOT LET YOUR CHILDREN IN THE PLAY AREA! That’s just filth!

Worse ever experienced of any Macca's in whole Australia. Even the manager was so rude to customers. Left the restaurant without having meal. Never ever will go back there again.

It's not once, it's everytime I order food from there through Menulog they ALWAYS get it wrong, they don't bother reading the notes you put with your order, they don't pay any attention to the boxes you tick for what to remove on your food or add, if you order a burger it looks like the leaning tower of Pisa. Thats why you probably shouldn't have children working with food if they don't care.

Whoever took my order in the drive through probably had a train to catch. She kept talking over me, didnt listen to the complete order and was rushing the order. There was no one else before or after me in the queue.

ABSOLUTELY FILTHY! CAR PARK, RESTAURANT, TOILETS, BEHIND THE COUNTER. Do the management even care

This is the worst experience I ever had in maccas, the guy was extremely rude and gave me the rotten food, there was a bad smell coming out of food and asked to replace it but they made me wait for about 45 minutes just for a small order, never ever going there again!

Drive though service is slower than other McDonalds places plus they forget to put in sauces always have to remind them.inside smells bad like someone had pooped in the middle of the restaurant.don't know how you can even breath in there without wearing a mask or better yet a GAS MASK

Cold chips, asked for extra sauce, seems as though the person making the burger got upset and literally drowned the burger in the fkn sauce.quarter pounder bread was stale.chops were fkn horrible.worst Mecca's in the southern hemisphere

Halal food so that was awesome. But since we went at lunch time, they were facing a lot of orders at once and gave us the wrong burger (but let us keep it then gave the right one). Not a big issue, though someone told me to look out for non halal items; they might accidentally provide bacon. Loved the happy meal toy though!

Absolutely discussing. Ordered a chocolate frappe whilst driving a feel something weird in my mouth I put it in a tissue just to discover that its a dead fly thats been blended with my drink. Its discussing that no attention was paid to how clean the equipmen or cups are before using them

Friendly customer service and very apologetic because of the frozen raspberry machine not working (never working) but they was super happy to give me three other flavs

I’m Uber eat driver last night I have one delivery but I asked 2 time satr said to me not ready I did wait 1 hours I’m not happy for service

This place is a disgrace. It is dirty. Take away order are missing straws or napkins. They forget your sauces. Most of the time frozen coke is unavailable. The burgers are always a mess. They treat us as animals. DO NOT GO THERE TO EAT AS YOU WILL GET SOME DESEASE.

Ugly girls working there with such bad attitude change the attitudes sisters use are working at macdonalds don’t act like use are the manager of crown or something smile a bit and don’t be so rude

I have always been dissapointed with the service and staff behavior at this McDonalds over several years living in the area, the tables are littered with packaging and I have never been able to print my order from the self service screen as well as dealing with rude staff. I usually go to Broadmeadows or Campbellfield but as this McDonalds is convenient for me I like to see if the service has improved occasionally but to date have not seen any change so l guess I will continue to go out of my way to avoid this restaurant and go where I can enjoy my dining experience
