Horrible and disgusting experience. Ordered items missing. No response on the number. A complete failure. Worst place to order food. Will procced to take further action.

Crew shouldn’t be under fire for poor store management. Trainees on with no training. Understaffed. Staff not knowing how to handle certain situations due to lack of notice on particular situations. McDonald’s HR won’t do a thing to resolve the issue - management can’t take blame for their poor handling. Store manager threw a cheeseburger at a poor staff member - situation was overlooked due to power control of said manager. Riverdale is useless and will be until management is further investigated. Still waiting on a refund that was never received after double charge. F* riverdale, don’t waste your time at this store unless you enjoy poor service and stale food.

Went like 45 mins back asked for fresh order
And it was spot on perfect

Took almost half an hour waiting for pick up only 4 items at drive through, the longest ever mc Donald drive through queue in 30 years

Just went through drive through at 9.30pm, the only car in drive thru, had a mobile order and got charged twice for that order - no refund, then received cold And stale food after a wait. Useless.

The food here is shocking. We have ordered here a few times every time the food has been a shocker and we have had to return back to the store. The only time the food was good was when this store first opened.

- Large chip bucket filled only to medium size
- Chips extremely oversalted not edible, soggy or overcooked
- Burgers are made completely wrong even missing top or bottom bun
- Burgers terribly burnt and over cooked
- Wait around 7 - 10 minutes' drive thru busy or empty.

We will never use this McDonalds store again sick of going back with wrong orders and bad food. This food costs a lot of money and you expect to at least get something edible for the money you pay. Complaint lodged with accc. I urge anyone having a terrible experience here to also lodge a complaint with accc. This Mcdonalds is ripping people off with terrible quality food. Luckily, we live close enough I feel sorry for any one passing through that can't go back. THIS STORE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN! Rubbish all over outside drive thru counters, the windows are filthy the place looks disgusting! The feedback here clearly shows how bad this McDonald's is.

Slowest MacDonalds in the Australia. Experience their time wasting skills by coming to this Mac Donald’s. Lazy staff will take more than 30 min to serve you.

Slowest McDonald's. Expect to wait over 20+ minutes for food and for it to be cold.very disappointing! Definitely stay away from this store!

Firstly, we arrive at the drive thru and see one of the options being "all day, all night breakfast menu" so proceeded to order a sausage and egg mcmuffin and was told bluntly we don't do that right now. Why advertise that you do something "all day, all night" if the store can't be bothered honouring it. Secondly, this store is notorious for giving you old fries as I've experienced this so many times before so I have gotten into the habit of ALWAYS asking for fresh fries every time I come here. Even though I do this, majority of the times I have to get my order and realise the fries are cold or not fresh and tell them to make fresh fries. Lastly, like everyone else who reviews.this maccas is SO slow!

Have never been through the drive thru here where I havent had to wait in the waiting bay for less than 15 minutes. Ridiculous you need to get your act together.

They are tortoise, if you think you are cool person, you can check your temper level here. Minimum waiting time is 45 mins for anything.

Slowest service of all the McDonald's I visited in my entire life. Understandable it's new place and but requires proper training to staff.

First time at this store and the last, 10 minutes waiting at the counter this morning with an employee that had finished for day on her phone blocking the counter? Another customer asked for money back after waiting 20 minutes, no one at the counter? What happened to McDonald’s famous service? Not here.

SLOWEST MACCAS EVER! Drive to the next closest maccas because you will still get you meal before you would have at Riverdale. Ive literally been parked for 10minutes for an ice cream cone before. They forget stuff in your order every single time. Ordered on the app to give them the heads up knowing they're slow and still got parked for 20mins for a nugget meal, then had to go back through for the forgotten straws and sauce

This McDonald store has the slowest service. It took 30 minutes to serve 1 meal in drive thru. This is the third time it has happened to me in April. You know you are understaffed so what's your excuse? Hire more staff and train them good customer service or dont open at all until you have adequate resources!

Would be quicker to drive to the next closest mcdonalds in tarniet because this place should be shut down

Waited long time for order. Missing burger when my order was finally given to me. No sauce for my nuggets, no spoon for my sundae and no napkins

Girl on drive-through Saturday 21st at about 2ish was so rude. Rolled her eyes at me when I said I had a discount on my app, then proceded to get my order which was just 6 nuggets and a large chips wrong. I had to go back through the drive to get the rest of my meal. Also don't know why I was given 6 straws in my bag but ok XD

Always missing food from orders been here several times. Even ordered on uber's eats always missing items I'm over it now an absolute joke of a place il buy hungry Jack's from now on

Ordered @ 6.25pm with my 2 kids, got the order at 6.56.and it's incomplete.defeats the purpose of FASTFOOD, MCDONALD's
