McDonald's Riverdale Village

Food was cold. Only 4 mins from store to my place Sundae melted. Driver took 13 mins to drive here. Don’t know why he went the way he did Very disappointed in whole order
Chips had a stale oil taste which was yuck especially the fact they were cold.
This is not the first time we’ve had sprinkler with this McDonald’s won’t be ordering again. McDonald’s you need yo check this quality of food from this store

This place is a joke. Half of the menu is out of stock. Coffee= heated milk, forget about the froth.
Ask for anything fresh, they will make you wait and will give the same soggy food. From their fries and hash browns you can easily judge the frequency of oil change. If i could i would rate them negative five stars.

The boy in the counter was polite and tried his best with my orders. He must be a trainee and his manager was still trying to help and I understand so I said just take his time and he must have been relieved then. Food wise, same o same o! Nothings changes as the good old Maccas still our fave!

Could’ve bit into a live chicken on a warm day and it would’ve been more cooked. Seriously can’t believe I’ve paid $18 to get served this.

When I come to this Mc Donald’s it’s closer to where I stay when I come to Melbs. I see it’s understaffed so I understand if my order takes longer. So many customers in drive thru are very rude, they complain to find out the customer are at fault and complain like crybabies. Please try be more polite & respectful to the staff, don’t cry over Mac sauce ffs. There’s a team leader that works there, with the ombré hair, is on to it always has Energy, positive and Delegating staff & trying to get orders out but staff need to bk each other up.recruit more staff that want to work.

By far, the worst maccas experience in Melbourne! Always have missing items, food is cold. Rude staffs that rolled eyes to customers.

Worst McDonald ever! Very poor service! I’ve waited for 20 mins for my order! Staffs are busy chatting to each other and no one’s preparing the orders! After waiting for so long, i went to the counter to check my order, that’s the only time they started preparing! And the worst was when i checked the bag, missing apple pie and large chips!

Your staff could learn a lot about customer service and care from their counterparts at the KFC across from this shameful establishment. The only Maccas I have ever come across that needs to be shut down. Today. May I also suggest a basic literacy test be completed for the workers (prior to hiring them ideally) because there is absolutely no way that anybody who works there is capable of basic comprehension. 0 stars.

We attended Riverdale McDonald's today and we were served by Sweet, I must say that her exceptional customer service skills are truly commendable. Her positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond have left a lasting impression on us. I believe that she is a valuable asset to McDonald's, and her contributions are highly appreciated.

Worst customer service. I went drive through to order meals for my kids. They clicked the wrong order for payment. I paid for car behind me. My order was nearly 25 and I paid around $40. I asked for refund Mc staff said come Back again on first window drive through. I was like wts the point I chose drive through to save time. My kids were screaming at back. They were starving after school. I parked the car went in to sort out. They said line up. I refused It took them around 20-30min to prepare my order. It been 7 days haven’t recorded any vouchers.

Really horribly mismanaged and just awfully uncaring staff. Every time it’s a battle to get stuff right as they giggle with each other. Burnt food and rude staff.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I had to for this one. I’ve ordered through Uber couple of times and every-time they get my order wrong. It’s really frustrating after spending that much money. Anyways never ordering here again, honestly I don’t recommend this place if your gonna order through Uber or any sort of that type of service.

Very lazy staff. Always take more than 30 minutes to get my online order ready. Unfortunately, this is only closest store to my house. VERY POOR AND SLOW SERVICE

At the drive thru, I ordered and paid for 2 x Sausage and egg mcmuffin meals and they gave me 2 x bacon and egg mcmuffin meal. I hate bacon.
I know its still early, 630am, and you probably had a late night last night, but get your mind in the job.
Get some more rest at night and clean your glasses so you can so you can read the order correctly.idiots.

One of the slowest services ever experienced. For an order placed via app for drive through, it took forever to get our order. Spent around 45 mins, waiting in the queue.

The worst, dirtiest and SLOWEST maccas!
Took 25 MINUTES for 3 SOFT SERVE CONES via drive through!
After payment we were asked to park in a waiting bay, which was shocking as our order was so small and simple, but we did anyway and had to wait 25 minutes.
Not only that, the staff handed over our ice cream cones with no gloves and no paper/layer around the cone, so he was touching them with his bare hands, AND no apology for the wait.

Also, we were not the only ones waiting, as a car next to us was in waiting bays even before us and remained there after we left. He was visibly upset at the staff, as anyone would be.

This is not a 'one off' incident. Each time we've been here it is always so slow and staff are useless and unapologetic. We will obviously not return again.

Please hire some actual grown adults who can handle a fast paced job, because obviously these teenagers can't handle the pace and don't know how to respond appropriately to customer complaints.

There is alway a long wait. Hard to get the attention of the staff. They spend too much time on delivery service and not to customers at the counter. This is a staffing problem. Employ and train! McDonald were once great at this. Read the reviews and act

The worse McDonald's in service and customer service this side of Kabul. Almost 30 mins to get my simple meal, no real sorry and the staff all running around trying not to a) look at me b) assist me C) doing anything remotely helpful. 2nd visit with sub standard service, would not recommend at all, stay well clear and spend your hard earned coin at either the next door kfc or drive to Tarneit (better).

Worst customer service, they should close their front counter because they are just ignoring customers……took my order after 15 minutes waiting at front counter and then served kids meal in another 20 minutes never got my coffee…. Never going back! Staff is very rude

The ice cream was very milky and I had to wait for 10 minutes and they didn't even have a proper counter overall not good
