McDonald's Preston II

Very bad customer service and there is no cleaning at all. There is no signs for closed dine in but the staff is just asking to move out in a rude way. So unprofessional.

Ok, however most of their order placement terminals were faulty.
Not all marked so.
Quite long lines to place orders as we used to. Staff were generally helpful.

A bit of wait, for meal but worth it, well cooked & fantastic fries had plenty of salt, very friendly female staff, very busy restaurant but the quality of food i understand why, highly recommend

The food was good but they wouldn’t give me a special limited time bts shirt.i asked politely and they still wouldn’t so one star.

What is so hard to understand about a dirty chai.i confirm 3 times and still i get wrong thing.if they dont know what it is say so dont just agree thrn give me wrong thing! 2nd maccas to do this

Haven't been to preston Maccas in years.so was impressed with new and modern update of this place.ordered my items in the drive thru area.staff very friendly and polite.all went well and time it took very reasonable.so well done Preston.

Just went through the drive through ordered a caramel frappe which unfortunately was pure ice and not nice at all. I've rated 3 stars because usually the service is quite good at this maccas so I don't feel a lower rating is necessary for my let down drink.

Serbia will be a global power before this maccers is any good, got our order wrong 3 times. Ran out of chocolate sauce.

Just another Micky D's - they don't really change much from store to store. Guaranteed to cure any hangover and give you a gut ache.

Fast food is the aim here isn't it? Obviously not at this one.i was waiting in the waiting bay for 10 minutes before i had to walk in and ask where the hell my coffee is! Absolutely useless staff.avoid this mcdonalds in the mornings if you dont want to be late for work.

Spacious venue, many tables. Need more staff to clean tables because late at night there can be unfinished food everywhere.

Chips. Amazing. Everything hot. Burger I ordered was completely wrong. Had onions, I'm highly allergic. Even though specifically said I was and it was on the receipt. Everytime I come here there's something wrong.

I came to this mcDonald's looking for a big mac but when I got there and ordered one they put patties in it like there were actually burgers in my big mac I was absolutely shocked I didn't come here for a burger I wanted a big mac. And then when I ordered my chips they came with tomato sauce which I didn't even ask for.

Nice place and ambient. Can get too busy during weekends during which service becomes slow. Other times it's a good place for quick bites. Also they serve halal food here so Muslims can also come. Overall a nice place with good parking and friendly staff.

Drive thru said yes to boy toy available when ordering Happy Meal yet not delivered after paying - second time it has happened.

I am vegetarian, but I was a passenger, and the service I witnessed would have enranged any plant based vegan. My friend ordered double sausage egg mcmuffin. He did not get anything the first time. My friend had to line up and drive through the drive-through a second time. Unacceptable. Disrespectful. Up your game Maccas. When will you offer vegan options.

Very slow service, if you think to yourself that the world is traveling to fast and time is flying by, go to this maccas and you'll be quite surprised by the way they can slow up time

The automatic pre-order system not working properly, service not efficiently, maybe the staff was tired

Good service from polite staff, clean, plenty of seating indoor and outdoor. Drive through is easy access, usually a paper or two to read as well.

Always grateful for having this maccas around my area. They have halal serving and have never failed to serve fresh food
