Quality of food is suboptimal. Not quite what McDonald's burger taste like. We only frequent this place because it serves halal food.

If my experience (positive or negative) differed a great deal from any other outlet, the brand's standardisation of service would be redundant. I ordered the food. I paid. They gave me what I wanted.

100% worst maccas around. We go there occasionally bc it’s nearby and guaranteed something will be missing or wrong. Worth driving to the next tbh, or check your bag before leaving.

Prefer ordering from the McDonalds at Northland or in the Northland Homemaker centre. On the rare occasion I order from the Bell St McDonalds I always seem to regret it - always something missing. This time no patty in my McChicken. Can’t help but laugh, but c’mon…

Hash browns are normally ok in the morning. Every time I get a Bacon and Egg Muffin, it is so old and crusty that I can’t actually eat it. I hoped it was a once off, but 3 days now, all seperate from each other by about a month, at the same time in the morning (roughy 5: 50am).

Gets cleaned often and pretty well. Staff know what's up.

The famous Maccas on Bell Street. When I find myself driving back from the city in the morning I'll often stop here for breakfast. Friendly service and they hardly ever make mistakes.

Deadset useless. Your system malfunctions then im 1min late for hotcakes after screwing around with the system for 5 mins. That's messed up that a 14 year old sees you messing around with their machine and the coming to them telling them the machine is its not working and then theyre reply nope its 1201 you can't get hotcakes after being made wait to get served. Deadset useless.

Update: the manager thought it was 1030 they are also wrong. I probably should go earlier next time.

Worst Maccers I've ever had.so much BBQ sauce and assembly was terrible.icecream was ice and watery.horrible.

A pretty damn good McDonald’s. The food always tastes not that bad which is surprising, and the hash browns are pretty crunchy which makes it easily my favourite maccas

If I could give a 0 I would. Came to order a double cheese burger and 20 nuggets but instead got given 9 nuggets and chips? I am fluent with English so not too sure where the confusion came from. Not happy Mr Mecca's not happy: (and plus they don't pick up the phone.

Let me paint a picture for you
I walk in absolutely hungover from the night before and I’m craving a maccas breakfast.
I go to use the self service, the eftpos machine was down and the printer wasn’t working.
I go to counter in which someone, who presumably works there, stood there distracting 3-5 workers with a full drive through and decent in house customers.
The poor manager who deserves to get a raise is trying her hardest but yet no one hears her because they’re all standing around doing nothing.
I get my food by the counter chick who was so happy to talk to this girl she knew, that she forgot to be nice when I collected my things, shoving the cups into the cardboard ripping it, not offering to help me or get a new one, shoved the bag on the bench and slid the bag towards me while still talking to her.
I come home, give my partner all his food and sit down in bed to find that they didn’t give me my hash browns and literally screwed up my whole order.
I have never felt more disappointed since my dad walked out on me.

Drive thru served 3 cars on my left while I still waited to be served, until I finally yelled HELLO! At least they got my order right, that's a plus

Drive through customer service here in this Maccas is exceptional. Usually you will get one that are either "rush" or not "interested" in most drive through but one of their team member I believed his name is called Austen (if i remembered correctly) have provided an incredible short drive through moment through his customer service.

Today's tripe was thrown to my dogs and even they didn't touch it. The worst I've ever purchased.

Average service, a bit slow but at least they got the order right. Oh wait a sec, no they didn't we got 2 extra cheeseburgers that we didn't order and one of the cheeseburgers had no meat patty, just the cheese and sauce hahaha. I didn't pay for them so no use complaining, just thought it was funny!

McDonalds is McDonalds Coffee is solid 4/5 and the food is just a cheap dopamine to boost up your mood.

Mc Donald's strawberry sundae flavour changed its not good as it before many of my friends and other give me a bad review. Please try to make it old one.

The rubbish in this place is everywhere, spill drinks on floor, and rubbish bin all full! The food is not really hot.apple pie not hot.drinks are fine.fries not much salt for the taste 4/10. Burgers not bad 610.toilet dirty, and messy all over the floor!
