I hope hungry jacks team make him learn some manners and etiquettes, How to greet on taking an order, How to inform about the dos and dont while giving the order. This guy Need some serious Help!

Absolutely the most disgusting coffee I've EVER had. Had to drive 200m into the car park for it as they couldn't bring it to the window. Drive through became drive through, then wait 10 minutes in the car park.
Now, I know most people don't just get coffee at McDonald's, but they do say that they train their baristas. HA! No they don't.or, if they do, not very well.
Drive to the 7/11 up the road and grab one from there that is so very much better AND only $1.
The 7/11 has food, too. Which you probably don't have to wait 10 minutes for.

Don't get food delivered from here it isn't worth the risk. They will mess up your order. They gave me the wrong meal last time I ordered. Not sure how you managed to do that when the receipt is on the food bag. Do you guys check anything?

For 66 million years humans were intelligent creatures. This is what I thought until i met the staff and managers at McDonald's Pascoe Vale South.i almost made a mistake when ordering my food and thought that one of the dead bugs was a staff member as there was so many of them.
Not only this but when one of the managers received a simple complaint she freaked out and called me a child. Weather I was an adult or a child would not matter anyway as the playground was closed like every other day. The only upside to this store is how well trained the staff were as they were unable to simply put another topping instead of sprinkles On my delux so I have to give them that. The way the store was constructed is very weird.they use cobwebs in every corner to of the store to keep the walls together kinda weird but that might just be me. They are lucky the McDonald brothers are not here as they would fix up this store or instead they would go to any other store like kfc

I've only ever been through drive through but the food is made fast and efficiently and only occasionally is my order wrong

A very well managed store thaf ensures food is freshly made and hot. The fries and coke weren't still ad good as the other stores though.

They did the Wright thing after, my meal was replaced because they got it wrong the first time.and the manager was great.

Me and my Partner Ray are not Happy didn't get all of our Mc Value Dinner Box and when my Man My Ray Ray went to complain to Uber Eats they Never got back to him so he called Up MC Donalds in Pascoe Vale South about not getting all out Mc Value Dinner Box the Lady on phone said I will get the full amount in to my partner Jodi's Account but she only got $22 insted of $72 that the Lady Manager said I was ment to get so We Are Not Happy At All

Very dirty and freezing cold. Tables full of dishes, floor covered with people's litter and staff with "nothing to do" on their phone. I will never go back.

Ordered a double fillet o fish and was served a single, the girl making it had no idea what she was doing, supervise your staff if they are incompetent and the girl serving didn't even acknowledge me, I handed her my order number and she just looked away trying to get the attention of a manager

Ordered a burger no tomato, was told that it didn't have tomato in the first place.

A place that provides quick service. But need to be more concerned about customer's safety. One thing I noticed was a slippery slope near the entrance when it was raining. It alerted a customer to an employee, but the employee did not respond well.

Ordered a cheeseburger with extra pickle and onion. Opened it with no cheese, 2 slices of pickle and crumbs of onion. Chef wasn't happy that I returned the burger but lovely lady at the front counter was helpful

I just visited the drive thru, the attendant was lovely and friendly, we ordered 2 happy meals and it was made accordingly.

Typical McDonalds. Clean premises and pleasant staff. Standard menu items and pricing. Seniors Card holders can get free benefits but only if ordering at the counter. There is a very small sign on the wall with full details of this offer.

The self serve kiosks had issues when I called in and wouldn't process payments thus you found a need to go to the register to pay thereby negating the benefit of not needing to queue. Staff seemed unconcerned when I raised the issue.

If only they could get the service right. I had a maxi taxi full of wheelchair passengers and was made to turn the corner from the drive through and park in a very congested area, when there was ample room to my left just in front of the window.
Sometimes to much power for the younger generation is not a good thing.
