I have found the staff do not provide customer service the orders are wrong and the rudeness is unbelievable

Very mid tier maccas unfortunately. Not horrible but most burgers cold and some items missing.

Terrible work guys! Ordered 6 nuggets with sweet and sour sauce went home opened it to tomatoes lol not funny guys nearly cried

1/10/23 around 12pm. The nuggets were clearly from the night before! There was no staff at McCafé so I had to wait 10 minutes for my coffee after getting my food order. Turns out they just left the coffees on the counter for ages without calling out the order number. The staff are always so disinterested and rude! Like maybe just maybe consider hiring someone who actually knows how to smile and be nice to people, or is that too difficult for you? I highly don’t recommend ever coming here. Thanks for ruining my day!

Just went to this McDonald as it was on our way home but very surprised the whole floor throughout the space was so sticky and stinging! The cleanliness was definitely questionable! Food was just like any other McDonalds, staff was also ok.

Ordered 2 x ham and cheese toasties for my kids drive though and they were loaded with pepper? Kids couldn't eat them, what a waste of $10.40 and very unhappy kids!

The self checkout that we are now forced to order through is constantly out of paper and will not say the order number on the screen. It’s the “ice cream machine is out of order” thing all over again.

Third time in a raw the forget something in my order. This time 3 apple pies and the sauce. Everyone can make a mistake once but third time out of 3?

Software issues. Overall a good experience, however when I mentioned it to the staff the drive through menu boards weren't working and over the microphone. "Ohhh that sometimes happens" 1st thing in the morning. I mentioned it again to another staff member who relayed it to another person that they'd fix it. Who knows if? The staff remained polite at all times. Anyway an important thing to remember is "attention to detail". Be well.

Witnessed a very rude, seemingly off dudy manager (I'm guessing) yelling at one of the poor staff girls just trying to help us. And when we asked about our missing monopoly tickets she yelled at us into our car that 'monopoly is over', when it still has over a week left and the board clearly said we would get tickets for the products we bought
Show your staff/work colleagues some kindness and respect, especially in front of customers, not a good look

I ordered via uber eats & some of my orders are missing, I called them but the crew or staff i talked to is unapologetic & doesn’t know how to explain what happened on my order, very unprofessional staff, Never ever order via uber eats on this branch, the orders that they will give are completely wrong or missing.

This is only a review about the McCafe here, and very specifically about the hot chocolates. Tried hot chocolates from so many cafes in the area and quite frankly, and surprisingly, McDonald's comes out the best of them by a long way.

Uses actual chocolate powder (as opposed to syrup), better priced than any other cafe around, and you get your 6th one free if you have the McDonald's app. I'm as shocked as you'll be.

Thickshake Machine is down. I was in the drive thru. I asked for the Manager and Kaia the Manager came to the window. I suggested perhaps a sign can be put up so I don't waste my time stuck in drive-thru and she said she was short staffed and far too busy. WOW.how arrogant I thought. My time is just as important and yours.

05.09.21 3.45 pm. Got a message on my McD app for a special deal. Went to store to order. The scanning didn't work + I was told "you must have used this deal already". Thereby suggesting that I am either a crook or I am too senile + can't remember!
I ordered the apple pie. Was told $2.60. I said, "they are normally $1.50! The answer, "only when you order something else"!
"Hungry Jack's" will be happy to hear this!

Pick up your quality. This is what I was presented with when I opened up my Chicken Burger. The rest of our order was much better

Worst experience ever. Ordered a value pack and the garden salad had rotten tomato in it. The chips literally looked like they threw it in the big bag straight away.

Drive through was closed but no barrier or sign, they just let people continually drive in.
Hope you lost a lot of money from it tonight.

Worst i think the staff over there are felling sleepy its the second time I order from this McDonald’s via Uber eats and didn’t get my McFlurry both the times useless. Careful while ordering with them I would say don’t order at all. Useless

It's Maccas. Meh. Higher prices on some items like frappe were 40c more expensive than otheraccas I've been too. Dislike when they do that.

Your regular McDonald's joint. The place has decent seating capacity. Service is the same as u find in any other McDonald's.
