McDonald's Pakenham Bypass Outbound

A handy place to stop while travelling back home from the city.
Clean toilets, great food choices.

2 lanes for the drive thru but only took one order at a time so a bit pointless. Otherwise pretty fast service overall, coffee wasn't very hot but no other complaints.

Terrible fries and onion rings were rubbery. Burger was also terrible, with more lettuce outside the burger than inside. Nuggets were the best of what I ate because they were crispy, although they were tasteless.

Nice place to relax, have a cuppa/drink and something to eat or snack.
Perfect location for 20mins break.

Good place for a pitstop on the way to Phillip Island from Melbourne and BP️ fuel is available next door

Called in today to get something to eat. Brought a Big Mac amoung other items and received the worst tasting Big Mac in my life. It was as though they tipped a full of salt. 2 bites and it was out the window and into the bin, won't be stopping there any more

As any other Macas. Why 4 stars? Story time. We ordered 2 soy ice latest and 1 ice late (normal milk). For some reason, the girls, probably missing the normal milk made us all soy. She proposed to remake it later, but we were in a hurry, been servo place. My wife ends up chucking it.

What a great McDonald's. Very clean, fast service, highly trained staff and wonderful Latte! Thank you!

Food was fresh but waited 10mins for it girl was apologetic so at least she has good customer service

Useless drive-thru staff who can't find the menu items SHOULDN'T be on D/Thru, ended up with different item, which was BURNT & inedible, only positive is manager exchanged item & gave a free coffee card after I parked & walked in store. So much for D/Thru.

I know it will be disappointing, you think I would learn getting exactly what Maccas offers.average food.

Hands down the worst McDonald’s coffee I have ever had. Luke warm & watery. Morning ruined.

Waited for 2 minutes manager said be back in a minute after a total of 5 minutes off waiting I left, 2 groups of 3 people standing around talking, no O E seemed to care,

1/2 a pkt of fries. Wasn’t happy. I would normally go back to let them know, but once you are back on the freeway it is too hard to go back. Everything else is usually pretty good.

Barely any politeness and they always forget the sweet and sour sauce. Wish it was a rare occurrence but it isn't. McDonald's don't care.

Inside, I was handed my burger-to-go with virtually no eye contact, no word, nor response to my "thanks". She turned away before I could even say "bye". Maybe it's an over-stretched skeleton staff in later hours. They were efficient, but that larger, young, blond staff member was kind of rude.

Last 3 coffees I've brought have tasted like milk & water, i asked politely if she could pls make sure the coffee was stronger but no it still tasted like milk & water, she was so rude about it. I never get asked if i need sugar. Its like your annoying them just ordering. Staff are so rude

Not a great experience - 4 out of 5 orders was wrong even though it was correctly captured on the kiosk. This was a drive through experience rather than eating in. Customer service was not the grate as well - They were bit grumpy.

Visited for coffee in the morning of Monday 28. A young boy and a girl manning the coffee station. Couldn’t provide a receipt/ number as they had run out. The young girl doing the coffee then gave heaps of attitude when I asked if the coffee she had just made was mine. Totally rude and unnecessary. At least the young man apologised.

McDonalds McCafe customer service needs SIGNIFICANT improvement. Grumpy humans. Not impressed at all.
