I work shift work, wanting to go in there after work for a coffee on the trip home. Everytime, without a doubt “we’re closed”

Cleaning not up to scratch as should b expected.
[Toilets floors tables- but I know customers can b messy unfortunately! ]

Hello fun lovers, if you've read my other Maccas reviews you would discover it's never been a good result.
Well I'm happy to report, I got lucky this time.
I was lucky enough to blessed with 2 very nice Mc muffins that had been assembled by someone who gave a FA#K about their job and the customer.

I wish you luck if you take the chance.

Mostly good service. I had a bad trip where thr bag of food ripped as l got my hand on it. Food dropped to the driveway. Fries everywhere. Did not get any help. So no fries for me. I have not gone back to the store again.

Not a big Macca fan but we were hungry on our way home from the airport. Was actually happy with what we got.

I love going to this maccas. Every order I have received the food is always fresh. Never had any issues with my orders. Staff is friendly. Never had to wait long for my meals. Thanks heaps guys!

Great for a grab and go although now I am older I find it can go straight through you almost depending what you eat lol

A friend accidentally ordered me a medium instead of a small coffee so I ask the girl

“could you please change that small”

Her reply “No because they’re a different price” (they’re cheaper so Ronald would be SAVING MONEY)

Me “Oh okay, could you please just fill it 3/4”

Chips are always under cooked but my main concern was the poor bloke struggling alone in drive thru. He looked burnt out

The staff at the counter was so rude and helpless today when we were trying to use our clean keep cups for coffee - lol they were so clueless

When you pay $5.35 for a large cappuccino to find that it is only a medium in a large cup. Should get what you pay for

The manager is an angry woman isn’t she! My god, she screamed at a poor drive through customer when she was served an incorrect order. The customer didn’t once raise her voice and this woman was shouting at her at the top of her voice, that all us customers could clearly hear her. Her unprofessional behaviour was embarrassing and she clearly couldn’t keep it together to help resolve the problem instead she showed herself up. From what I gathered it was the fault of the person taking the order that stuffed up! This woman shouldn’t be working for Maccas with a temper like that.

Service and food was fine, as always, but the tables and ordering area are pretty gross today. The toilets also could do with a really good clean, including the floors and sinks. Parking is easy, there's some extra past the main carpark that's after the fuel, but we've always been able to park near the doors.

This store was dirty, I could see stuff lying on the floor out back. This store needs a general clean up and a good spring cleaning. It felt like I was ordering food at a 'greasy spoon' takeaway. Got to the car with the food, mostly okay but the fries were cold and awful to which everyone else on the car agreed. I went back and returned them in exchange for some freshly cooked ones. Not up to the usual Macca's experience especially in regards to the cleanliness and also the staff appearance was shabby.

The food has no flavor & its not hot abyThere frozen drink machines are always offline. I wanted an egg & bacon muffin but the grill was being cleaned.

Its a shame as its the only McDonalds store on the princess main freeway heading to Warragul.

Is it even food? Anymore, the shiny sugar filled burger buns and plastic cheese.corporate trash food.was good when the homestyle burgers were on.the tuscan chicken burger and the smoothies and a BLT muffin for breakfast.but! Now my gawd it's like eating a phonebook.

It's a casino ‍️ plenty of poker machines and gaming tables.hard to get into a good restaurant if you haven't pre booked, so make sure you book in advance.

Stopped at the BP truck stop outbound on the M1 east of Pakenham. McDonald's always has good food, especially icecream Sundays
