Basically: Just find a different location, they'll find a way to mess something up.

I'm yet to actually get everything I paid for.

Don't think I've ever actually gotten everything right the first time actually.

Almost always missing one thing or another, this time it was a large fries, can't be screwed to go back and fix it up but eh, last time I'm bothering with ordering from here.

Just had small meal of hamburger chips diet coke. Confusing menu. Hard to get what u want without all these suggestions for more food or upsizing etc. Not user friendly. Ordering a meal combo seems to need u to put in the burger, chips, drink etc where 1 x press of combo should put it all in.

Staff dropped my change on the ground and said its ok its just $2. Its not about the $2.
Asked another staff at the next window she said you have to walk over to the drive through lane and get it yourself instead of giving it out of the till…
Again, its not about the $2, its about the manners and service.

Rude workplace, i walked in with my mum one day and i heard yelling from the kitchen! The managers are lowkey cray cray! Delish food tho the big mac went down well

Terrible drive through experience. Rushed forgotten items and the past few weeks soggy chips. I don’t like to complain but when it’s not a once or twice, when it becomes a regular occurrence of things being messed up, things need to change.

McDonald's Homemaker Centre Northland is probably the worst I've been to. I had better luck walking up to the drive-thru window to order as going inside puts you down on their list of priorities. They focus more on the drive-thru and forget about you inside the place. I waited so long that in the end I asked for a refund. That and they always continuously forget some part of the order and you have to go back and tell them. If I could give no stars for the review I would.

I've never experienced my food being thrown on the counter from 2 meters away by staff members like it's a basketball game while giggling

AVOID unless you like your food to look like it came out of a washing machine and have to deal with a smug manager

2 items missing from order. Telephoned store and requested that the two missing items be delivered to my address. Was advised “we don’t do that. Give me your name and next time……. ” I knew the missing items were going to be offered free on my next visit (remember I’ve already paid for them?). Also that I “should remember we are using teenagers and errors occur”. I stated I accept errors occur and I believe it is McDonalds responsibility to rectify the problem (customer service) and McDonalds should get the missing paid for items to me and not expect me to correct their error by my driving to store to receive the missing paid for items. Very very poor customer relations/service

Asked for my food fresh then got old and lukewarm food:/ why tell me ok it can be done then do the opposite. Sometimes the food is hot tho at least

Literally went here yesterday and the lady tells me they aren’t doing the Mac junior burgers anymore, I go inside northland McDonald’s and they’re still doing the Mac junior burgers! In future Go to the inside northland one if possible, way better service.

Drive through coffee and the best chocolate ice cream in a cone. This McDonald's and the one in Bell St are the only ones I've found so far with chocolate ice cream as an option. More McDonald's should have it.

Received an order when I asked for fresh fries, got the order and the burger was fresh but the fries weren’t. Manager claimed they were but you can tell when they aren’t. Asked him to replace them and he said it’d be 3 min so I asked them to replace the burger as well (had taken a bite or so out of it) but he said they wouldn’t replace it all so I could have my whole order together. Had to drive to another McDonald’s to get my food.

Did the inside not the drive through. The crispy chicken wrap is quite tasty I must say. The inside of the store is bleak and sometimes messy. You wouldn’t want to go here often.

I went here yesterday, Friday 25th June, 2021 and I was very disappointed. My friend and I ordered a Grilled Chicken Salad, large chips, Fillet O Fish burger, an espresso and latte with two cups of water. We shared the chips, salad and burger because we believed that it would be the size that we had become used to, and that size was enough for the two of us. Unfortunately when we got our order and opened it, the salad was so small or about a third of what it used to be and the burger was about the size of a slider.
The upside was that the burger still tasted the same apart from the bun and no sesame seeds on it anymore. The size of the serve was disgusting for the price and the expectation plus the photos that are put out of the products. Most of the time including yesterday, what you get looks so far from the photo adverting it that you wonder if you are really getting what you asked for.

McDonald’s, you NEED TO LIFT YOUR GAME and produce better products and what people expect plus value for money. You have become one of the most expensive fast food/task away especially a multinational company. Your coffee also needs to be lifted in the quality.

When we left, we left hungry. So thank you for your bad service of quality and being so tight with the size and quality of the products. You put the prices up but reduce the size and quality of the products you produce.

It would also be good if you make sure that you have mats outside and inside your doors so people can wipe their shoes especially when it’s raining. A disabled access on the side facing Freedom furniture would be extremely good. It’s a struggle to walk up stairs for some people and especially when it’s wet. McDonald’s, you could fix this as it’s not like you are short of cash. Also if you are allowing dine in, take the notice down that says “Take away only” because I was extremely confused yesterday and I noticed others were as well.

Yes we are under Covid but surly someone can fix the signs and things up. It would also be good if the staff that are serving and taking our money could smile, say please and thank you when asking for our money. That goes for everyone everywhere. Please and thank you goes a long way.

In short, don’t spend your $5.40 approximately on a fillet o fish or $10.60 on a salad. You get a better deal with a happy meal.

If you want a salad, go to Subway, you get a much better salad and far more plus you don’t even pay half the price for a small salad from Subway and their small salad is huge compared to McDonald’s.

Just went here tonight and was outstandingly disappointed. The first drive serve kiosk I tried to use was frozen on the first screen. The second crashed as I was finishing my order. Finally, I ordered, however the reward scanner did not work, I had to manually type in the promo code from the maccas app. I ordered lettuce on my burger, which cost me 40 cents extra. What I was given was a single sliver of lettuce, small enough to be eaten in one mouthful. The experience left a worse taste in my mouth than the bellow average quality meat.

This McDonald's is by far the worst McDonald's in the state of Victoria. They will consistently charge you when you ask for extra's in your meal and then fail to provide those extra's. The management of this store is failing to ensure that their staff are adequately trained and proficient in their jobs. I would give this store no stars if I could.

Bad experience!

I ordered an angus clubhouse today, but got it with a burnt steak and no bacon and onion at all. This happened once last week on my BBQ angus with no bacon at all (should come with 2 bacon in the ingredients), didn’t expect happen again.

What’s wrong with Maccas lately? I will never order any angus product again!

Staff can be a bit how-ya-going but overall it’s fine. It’s a Maccas so you get what you expect.
