McDonald's Northland

This is the worst Maccas that I know of! Don't expect onion in your cheeseburger (I'm not kidding - this a regular thing with this store), The rubbish bins are often over-flowing, the general restrauant is not clean (tables particularly). Repeated attempts to talk to management have fallen on deaf years.

Hopeless.trying to run the store with only 2 staff service was slow and disorganised. Delays were expected but would have been better off closing the store.

Terrible customer service. This is the only maccas that I consciously check the food given or delivered as there is always.i mean always have an item missing. Either that or the large fries are actually small fries in disguise with the amount served in my meal.

Missing sauce, straw, dessert, cutleries and more on drive thru or delivery.

The restaurant was disgusting, every table was dirty.ordered table service and 15 minutes later had to find out where my food was to see it sitting there for god knows how long, the chips where stale and cold

Go through drive thru and ALWAYS get kind service with a smile, one of the only places left that has consistent good customer service!

Poor customer service. Staff unable to pack order correctly, we ordered for delivery got half of our order missing. Called and had to pick up the missing items, to be given an item made wrongly… (ordered a soy hot chocolate and was given one with regular milk).

No one can be fkd doing sundaes so they say the ice cream machine is broken 24/7. Work ethics of dirty unhinged gerbils

I went there and was shocked to see a worker went to the car and brang a dog to the back of the maccas saw 2 workers pat dog 1 with gloves 1 without then made my food didn’t was hands or take gloves of or where gloves

These soiled individuals put pickles in my hot coffee! God above! I said no pickles! McHappy day, pigs ring! McDisappointing!

Second time this week their ice cream machine has been 'down for maintenance' this week

Apparently you need to count how many nuggets they give you cos when I asked for 24 of them they only gave me 20 nuggets, how hard is it to count to 24!? I have had to count them at all the McDonald's I've been too! LEARN TO COUNT PEOPLE!

I rate this place as shocking we couldn’t find a clean down all the tables were so dirty and we asked for the tables to be cleaned we finished our coffees and they still had to send some one to clean them and above all that we ordered 3 coffees and the taste of the coffee and the cappuccino’s was absolute terrible it just tasted like weak diluted milk and I got the runs when I got home fir I think that the milk was left out on the bench for too long and may have been off for milk cannot stay fresh unless it’s kept in cold storage and Shocking Taste even the soy latte was tasteless andi won’t recommend anyone to go there for coffees or food it’s absolute dirty and The toilets left uncleaned /

Got delivered through DoorDash (3-4 times a week) ?
1) Coke instead of Fanta?
2) No straw for drink?
3) No spoon for dessert?
4) Missing dessert (Hence no spoon required) ?

Consistently the Worst?

Disgusting please never get the order right absolutely disgusted they have messed up my order more than 15 times especially when you order it online they give you the wrong order all the time absolutely disgusted I have found hair and nails inside the food and the ice cream absolutely horrified they need a better workers and better hygiene

Once the staff are done talking amongst themselves you might get your order. Patience required.

I have ordered food from here 2 times now and both times I have not received the food that I have ordered

The most useless Maccas there is! 2nd time ordering on uber eats and you forget 1-2 items. Can’t even do your bloody job right lazy people

Gee I’m glad I ordered on the app 2 minutes in advance.
Code didn’t work, staff spent more time trying to figure it out than It would have to make the order. Currently waiting for my order in the waiting bay. Almost 10 minutes now.

It's really a pretty good Maccas, never had a bad experience here or any food mistakes but just realised I've stopped going here after many many years of being quite a regular.

Just stopped going because W.y is always hanging around begging for food or cash. He's a pretty nice chap if you say g'day but I can't afford to keep giving him stuff and it kinda interrupts what used to be a pretty relaxing place to visit.
