Staff here are friendly and unlike their counterparts, they rarely get an order wrong!

When they do however, they are extremely quick to rectify.

Probably one of the nicest McDonald's on the planet

Great to have personal assistance from Nathan who we have observed a few times, a big tick for this young man and all the workers there, best Maccas in this side of town.

Friendly & helpful staff, clean facility which is important, prompt service which is aided by Nathan. Seems that he is committed to customer service.

The last 4 times I’ve ordered from here my order has been wrong or damaged, stop hiring a bunch of nuffies or please teach your staff how to take orders properly and pack bags properly, it honestly can’t be that hard, it’s their one job.

Terrible service, from a quick drive thru to get some chips. They got my order wrong as was there for over 40 minutes. This is very bad costumer service, will not be coming back

Was pleasantly surprised at the level of cleanliness, speed and assistance at this MacDonald branch. Well done and thank you Nathan for the service.

The title says it all. Rubbish food but hits the spot when you're hungover and perfect for circus clowns.

Took my kids to Maccas, ordered at the kiosk as requested,
i did everything on the screen all ok.we waited 20 minutes for the food!
the food was sitting on the counter and the manager argued with me cos i got angry, not abusive!
i understand that they get busy, but this is mcdonalds cmon!
they must pick up their act on this type of thing as they always tell you to use the damn kiosk.but take my advice and don't or you will get annoyed when your food doesn't show up and every ones hungry!

Best Maccas for a late night feast, everything is always super fresh and seems like it’s cooked to order with very minimal wait times. The servers are always pleasant and friendly. Keep up the great work!

Usually prompt service and it's improved massively recently too. We used to have items missing from orders or wrong sizes but haven't experienced that in a long time.

They are slow they get the order wrong all the time they need to stop employing kids and start employing people that know how to do the job it is all just for mcdonald's to save a buck they should be ashamed of themselves for giving sht service

I haven't seen a cleaner McDonald's before. The gentleman serving the food was very well mannered, greeted with respect, assisted with order and served the food on the table. The food tasted way better than other McDonalds.

Quick to serve, best to eat inside as its close to busy main road overall good size car park not claustrophobic like some others

I ordered twice on Uber eats and twice they forgot 2fries! And now my lift taste like water! Worst macca's ever can't do their job properly!

Very neat and clean place. The service was good but a little bit slow. Ample of seating almost felt like a restaurant.

When you order a cheeseburger and receive a single piece of bread, the bottom bun with no meat or cheese or sauce or anything, MORE THAN ONCE I might add, you lost faith.

When order messups like this are more common than 1/3 times, you lose 4 stars.

Owners of shops r very rude to there workers I approached the male owner about how he wife was disrespecting the workers just be be abuse by him and told to mind my own business

Night staff are too slow and always get our orders wrong and have to go back and pick up food missing.
It's bad enough that we have to wait for our orders we then have to wait again for them to correct it.

There's a young fella in there named Nathan. He is absolutely the best individual staff member to have graced this store. I would hire him in a heartbeat. Fantastic attitude, greeted on arrival, cleared rubbish with a smile, and opened the door for us on departure. Give him a raise.

Slow service as always. What is the point of kiosk being in front of the cashier front view when U wait 20mins for your order. Seriously management needs to train staff to be more customer service and friendly.
