McDonald's Niddrie

Their staff is so rude. They just waste time talking to each other. They do not focus on the costumers.

Bitterly disappointed in the 1/2 sundae I just received! This was shrink-flation to the max! When I complained about the lack of ice cream, I was told that’s just the way they are. Not good enough.

This place is a disgrace.the ice machine always broken.frappe machine is not working.bought 2 large Sundays drive through I got it in milk shake cups and it was half empty.and this not the first time.the worst in the area.that is what happens when you have little kids running the place.shame on you

When I ask for EXTRA CHOCOLATE on my large Cappuccino, I NEVER, EVER GET IT!
Now I ask for 3 or 4 times the amount and they still don't put it on!
Not really good enough for a bi weekly customer

McDonald’s is terrible when you get your food delivered, the bag comes sealed due to delivery, it’s always messy in the bag and I always get a couple wrong items that don’t match what I ordered the rest looks like it got thrown in the bag, and there is always something missing this is McDonald’s always getting it wrong not the delivery person, I tried 3 different McDonald’s to hopefully one of them will do the wright thing but no, Niddrie, Oak Park, Cobourg are terrible when it comes to delivery. I don’t always get takeaway or delivered but when I do once in awhile It’s very frustrating how they treat the food in the bag and always getting wrong.

The manager staffed on Wednesday October 11th 2023 at 6.45pm was the rudest person I’ve come across I ordered a Oreo McFlurry that wasn’t even half full I asked her to top it up as it was basically empty she refused as she thought it was enough I asked for a refund and went to Avondale heights Macca’s who served me an Oreo McFlurry that actually had ice cream in it.

Possibly one of the most disappointing McDonalds- they never seem to have items ready on the menu and orders are frequently wrong!

Waiting like ages just for 3 ice creams and drink. This is fast food but staffs do as slow as they can:)

The worst service I have ever seen before especially all the managers are very lazy never looks like doing something just stands on the Corner looks everything but never responds to anyone

Great place to celebrate grand final victory with the kids on Saturday morning. All the kids enjoyed themselves and the food was delicious.

Didnt receive the whole order. Left a message in the office once we found out and still.no responded 5 days later. No customer service at all

Ordered a happy meal for my son, didn’t receive the toy.went back into store after 10-15 minutes and asked for toy. The food happened to be cold so I requested a fresh meal.the manager being sneaky, pretended to change the meal.all he did was put the old food in a new happy meal box. Very disappointed.

Great service, my coffee is always served as l have ordered it, almond milk, half strenght, extra hot and the toastie is always perfect, like they have made it freash for me, other Maacas need to be more like this, especially Sunshine who are the worst Maccas around

Better than other stores that are nearby, however, they still sometimes mess up orders and or forget to give sauces that have been paid for.

McDonald's Niddrie is a good maccas, staff are great really helpful, place is clean, plus you get served quickly. No complaints 10out of 10.

I was in the Essendon area and developed a fierce hunger, I was a long way from home and needed to use the famous MCDonald's facilities regardless.

This store has a nice clear entrance from the carpark, which was plentiful in itself, plenty of spots available. At least 6 or more self service kiosks and the staff got my order out in less than 5 minutes. What more can you ask? Friendly team members at the counter too.

What a pathetic experience with the doordash order last mid night.

I ordered 2 meals from doordash oN 29 JAN at 12.15am which is last mid night, one meal were missing and second was delux veggie burger which very badly prepared with just a slice of hash brown and with long hair in it as a complementary.

What a joke it was!

I tried contacting mc donalds 3 times but no answer, poor customer service.

Just wondering seems like manager on duty so irresponsible needs a time off.

This mc donalds deserve 0 star rating.

Overall disaster it was.

Terrible customer service and not big on food handling practices when they handle your food with no gloves after scratching themselves or handling cash. No wonder hepatitis A is on the rise. Not good enough from maccas.

Has gotten our order wrong over and over, when we complained about waiting 20+ mins for a bacon and egg mcmuffin and mcbites that came out cold (sitting on counter) they gave us an out of date voucher. Poor service and really poor quality food.

Ordered toasted pinnaple & banana bread came out burnt. And came out 10min after our coffees. TIme around 5pm sat NOT Busy. UNsatisfactory
