I’ve lost count of how many times they forget the extra sweet & sour dipping sauce in my order (which happened again today). I don’t leave the drive through window until I double check. Oh and they forgot the toy in my daughters happy meal on her birthday today. Epstein didn’t kill himself. Train your staff to be more diligent please.

Friendly staff. Need to work on slowing down drive through service to make sure orders are correct.

Once again went to McDonald's Newcomb. Just wondering how hard is it to make a chicken deluxe meal with added bacon. Only to get home and find once again the chicken deluxe meal I ordered was missing the chicken. Twice now this has happened in a row. What kind of people are working there that can't get a simple order correct. With the prices they charge this is very disappointed with a very poor ability to make a simple burger. Just can't get over how you can make this kind mistake over and over. I think next time I will just order something more simple that no one can make such a huge mistake.

One of the good ones. Fast and friendly service and barely ever make mistakes and the ice cream machine is usually going lol

I love to see the improvements and sorry for the bad feedback earlier but trust me i have noticed a big change in both delivery and pickup timings. Now this place is perfect for all. KEEP IT UP MCDONALD'S.

Saddest experience of my life, and I watched my house burn before my eyes with my birds inside. Grim. Morbid. Dead lettuce.

Two orders today. One took 10 minutes to get the order and one took 12 minutes and I had to go ask for it before I received it. Put more staff on and remember restaurant customers should be over looked because you're serving drive through.

Literally worst mcdonalds in geelong, either long wait time in waiting bays, forgotten items and everytime cold food. Would rather drive further than purchase from this store.

Not one clean table in the entire restaurant. Ordered coffee which was cold, ordered raisin toast which was the crust, barely toasted, also cold. Both came in take away containers. This restaurant used to be spotless with brilliant staff and excellent food. I won't be returning.

Price goes up, burgers get smaller. I understand inflation but like, a quarter of a pound is a fractional unit of measurement not a just marketing phrase.

Great location but often the food is not fresh. Often orders are incorrect. When ordering uber meats, the food is delivered in fantastic timing, however food freshness is not great.

Waited 30 minutes for the food.
They mucked up our order. The floor behind the counter had ice cream and fries on it.

What a helpful young lady serving me! Just needed a snack for MM and she could not have made the choice easier. Great service and a happy husband

I absolutely hate this maccas & will drive further away for best service and better quality. The iced coffee needs to be actually cold and when specifically ask for soy I get cows milk. For someone who is lactose intolerant, it sucks. I also have to wait for my coffee every morning.
On another note, they don’t make sure burgers are correct and numerous times they have put the wrong meat in the wrong burger.

Great for a quick bite although I would recommend checking your order before leaving the drive through window.

Amazing quick service, lovely staff. Great experience, and hot food. Best mcdonald’s i’ve been too in a while! Highly recommend especially for families

Why would you go here? It'll kill you! And remember you are what you eat so RUN RUN! Before they have a chance to turn you into a double bacon burger with fries!

Excellent service (restaurant no 0238,8/4/19). Staff member was helpful and efficient. Plenty of parking - I ate inside. Very pleasant. I was hungry and enjoyed the quarter pounder meal!

Ok food for fast food, drive through staff need to read orders before handing them over, constantly missing items from bags.
