McDonald's Mildura

The ordering system is rudemental and difficult to use
Does not allow to add Ice cream to pancakes for example

There is fast food and then there is just throw it together. Ordered a burger to get it freshly made and well wasn't I disappointed. As you can see by the photo clearly wasn't worth the McAttention to detail. I never asked for a slider. I wanted a burger. Service at this McDonald's is getting worse. Yes I didn't want to cook but it's not exactly cheap either. Pull your finger out and find your McStandards again

Caesar wrap x 2.chicken and lettuce nothing else on it!
Garden/soy salad x 1.lettuce and plain woolies type coldslaw, No cherry tomatoe, nothing else.at least the chicken was nice. And this after consoles working intermittently and inaccurately. Floor and tables dirty.
Been to McD twice in a month (Mildura & Temora) both had dirty tables and floor. Poor service = less business, McD understand this, their franchisee maybe not.

Ordered at 8.55pm, app said delivery at 10.29pm, rang at 10.57pm to be told its 3 minutes away, rang again at 11.12 to be told the driver was 10 minutes away in the opposite direction, food arrived at 11.25pm, kids asleep by now, food was cold and the packets were sweaty, grill docket and reciept said 10.37pm it was cooked so it had been sitting or driving around for almost an hour befor it got to us, threw it out, waste of money.poor service at its finest never in 40yrs has any food place taken over 2 hrs to deli er food or place food on table,

The meat was raw. Every time I go it's so disappointing. The only half decent thing they had was frozen drinks, now paper straws have ruined that also.

We wanted a quick meal when in Mildura and headed into Mcdonalds there on the Deakin Av. The store was clean and the staff were friendly and service and food was great. A supervisor was there directing staff and it was obviously a very slick operation. Well done Mildura Mcdonalds.

The slowest drivethrough I've ever experienced. 30 minutes (I swear I'm not exaggerating) in line for a half melted drink, lukewarm coffee and stone motherless cold chips. Not even an apology in sight. I reckon they were all in there, licking the windows whilst waiting for the cows to be slaughtered and the potatoes to be harvested. The only bigger idiots were all us fools for waiting in that line instead of bugging to hungry jacks.

Worst mcdonalds i have been to.got my order wrong and 2 other people who walked in after me.went back later and mc cafe was offering 2 cakes for $5 so ordered and charged $7. When i objected to price was told donuts arent cakes? Got refund and left

Waited 20 minutes for nuggets and frappes only to get nugs that were lukewarm, soggy and shrunken nearly flat. Frappes were unusually lacking flavour and were over-icy. Dogs enjoyed the nugs at least.

McDonalds is always a good place to be especially if your far away & missing home. It's just like any other McDonald's with the same menu so you can pretend to be where you're mostly at. That's home.

Wont b back. Didnt have a clue to make a pot of tea. Luke warm water. Not the usual gr8 mcds we go to.

Normally I am quite happy with the customer service at this very store, but at 12: 30pm this evening my partner and I and three friends came in for a late snack and was greeted by a disgraceful display of customer service in the drive thru. The certain person serving us talked down to us with utter sarcasm whilst placing our order. If you don't want to be at work don't go to work because your customer treatment this evening lost you five customers and more.
When we ordered value meals your valued star employee tried to end our orders quickly with -"Is that it? " Like you have something better to do than take our orders! So I proceeded to order an ice-cream cone and two apple pies and i was told in a frank voice you can't have it with no explanation as to why, upon asking why she proceeded to explain that it is being cleaned in a tone dripping with sarcasm laced with as if you didn't know sort of a belittling tone. By then my blood had boiled to let her hear it.by that I mean I swore. To which I was then refused service by your star employee. We have quite a number of employees whom order all our coffees and meals from your store but we will be taking our business to the store on 15th from now on thanks to your staff.

Good service today at drive thru BUT. They REALLY Shouldn't have had 2 lanes as people become GRUMPY and push in.perhaps red and green lights booths sides would help or just wait for some type of light signal for each car to go when it's their turn?

When ordering a salad, make sure everything which is supposed be included is there. This had happened to me on three occasions when I have needed take-away.

Very long wait in drive through. Even once we got to serving window and all we ordered was 4 frozen drinks

Big let down on the new caramel McFlurry.paid extra for extra flavoring but there was none in it.choc pieces were ok though

This is more of a statement to the double spicy mc chicken. Chicken had those weird knots in then that can't.be chewed. Not great

Good spot for stop end eat and use the restroom if you are passing through the city or traveling abroad.

I'm from Melbourne but stopped in for a quick bite while visiting this great little city. Really pretty Maccas set among trees and shady car parks. Very much a contrast to the austere and harsh looking ones in the big smoke. Quick, polite and efficient service. Clean restaurant. Nice!
