Good service and always a great food! I ordered three chicken and cheese burgers and a caramel frappe. As yummy as ever!

Delivery was sealed but short ordered, thier answer was to drive to thier store and pick up, so the

money paid for delivery was a waste and I had to have 4 children baby sat to go and collect.when asking where I could put in complaint I was asked what I wanted to complain about.staff need to check orders before handing the food over, and don't automatically blame the delivery person.

A shout out to the ladies at 4am who made us an excellent hot, yes hot McMuffin and almond flat white! Many thanks as we continue on our journey home!

I attended McDonald's this evening and could not get in the store
I went through the drive through on my mobility scooter and was advised by young man I could not be served as I was not in a car. There are reasons I could not be in either of my cars. I was further advised by young man that I should know the hours the place is open. Where I used to live, the nearest Maccas was 400 kms away
I find thevway I was treated by the staff today was deplorable and will not attend that francise again considering the round trip on my mobility scooter from home to the store and home again was 75 minutes or so

I wish I could have maccas like this all the time. Chips where hot and salted. Not burned. The burger just had a flavour explosion as I ate and the lady at the counter was exceptionally helpful when I couldn't work out the self service thing

Stated “have a good one “ and shut the window.
Def need to learn a little customer service love

Lovely staff with a huge can do attitude. Canberra maccas could take a leaf out of their book.

1x star. PUT UP A FULL MENU IN THE DRIVE THOUGH! Next time I go there and it's only showing 8 items over 2x big, flat screen monitors, I'm going to request the person taking orders recites the menu while I sit there and listen, so I can answer her "welcome to MacDonald's, what would you like to order" question correctly.

Collected from our place of stay, by pleasant tour guide and operator. Lovely morning tea supplied. Easy paced tour.
The Mungo Lodge as lunch stop excellent environment and meal generous and "yummy". Overall a great experience.

The website says they are open 24hrs but they are closed to take away orders. They also don't answer the phones. Seems like the service is based on convenience to the business not the customer.

The misleading website information is the reason for my low score. Otherwise the food is what you'd expect from McDonald's.

With Covid I have not had any fast food for months. Having a fasting blood test this particular morning, we chose Maccas. What a disappointment the experience was. Staff were chatting to each other and finally gave my order. The design has changed for the worst. No curved wall or seating. Only undivided space with a view to the now uncovered courtyard. Doubt anyone will use it in high summer. The 50d style seating has also disappeared as well as table service and a thank you and a smile. Don't think much of their training team. So long, we won't be back

We went in to use the touch screen ordering. Oh joy! It's all been "updated". Why do tech people take a procedure that worked and was easy to use and replace it with a new one that's difficult?

I must be honest I can't afford then a frozen coke and soft serve right now. The loose change or whatever.
Wait times so hectic on the weekend. I walked out rather than waiting for my coke and cone.

Dreaming of the chocolate soft serve in Dubbo, I've made my way across the border. Damn, it was so smooth.

If you are looking for fast food, go elsewhere.
It took 30 minutes at the drive through and the food wasn't done properly.
Cold and under cooked chips are not what I would spend my money.
The burger was also cold.

Was served promptly by helpful staff although I didn't get what we wanted, Which wasn't there fault.:/:)

They really need to clean this place, disgusting how much rubbish including food on the floor and tables.

Always fast 98% of the time with fast service and fresh all the time I have visited, and OMG the coffee always the right temperature love it.

You get told to park up every single time, it's beyond a joke, it's fast food. Be faster. No hello, how are you, no passing the drink out, just a straight up can you pull over and park and we'll bring it out to you, there's no more space to pull up and park but sure okay team we can do this.

Playground mcdonald's ban lifted 14 days prior to today. Mildura mcdonald's using it's not safe covid-19 as an excuse not to open too lazy to clean.

Drive thru always waiting, there’s 5 cars on the side & they asked for me to park up, I’m like even if I could, there’s no space! So slow this is why I live going to Irymple, it’s always fast pace & fresh.
