McDonald's Melbourne Central Upper reviews
40It was ok, i ordered a big mac meal with small chips and a coke, the burger was ok, chips were a bit salty so i didnt finish them and the coke was alright. Staff seemed a bit disinterested and didnt really make eye contact or anything. Acceptable if you're hungy but wouldnt go out of my way again.
My order number is 176:
Ordered takeout Large Grand Big Mac Meal at around 1pm - clearly said: no pickles, less sauce, 1 extra bacon, the drink is Large coke
The burger came out with pickles, WAS NOT added BACON, NO sauce at all/ the drink was VANILA coke instead of regular coke.
When i realised it’s too late to come back to their shop as I got my business meeting.
Cool stuff members there. Very calm even when there’s so many orders to do! Always hand our my food on time:)
Lady serving me was amazing but the boy presenting was terrible no greeting or farewell, yell my number and just left the food on the bench and left, where's the 2 parts greeting and farewell, the friendliness is key for McDonalds and their crew, Covid related he wasn't wearing gloves which is mandatory for all Crew and managers. Disappointed.
Please beware that they'll charge you for shaker fries meal price without asking if you wanted it, and will not include the product in the package unless you show them the receipt and ask them for it. Not very professional in my opinion.
Just tried the McRib for the first time, apparently it's made from about 70 different ingredients, the patty of which is restructured from tripe, heart, stomach and muscle protein.
I can see how the complex engineering of food and intelligent marketing preying on scarcity, can grow a cult following for this sandwich.
For $7.30, I'd probably be back on team Big Mac.

Honestly one of the best locations as far as McDonalds goes. The burgers are always fresher and made with more care at this location. The staff are very polite and are always keen to assist you with your order and fix any mistakes. Although this McDonalds is usually very busy the burger quality does not suffer as a consequence.
Food was pretty standard with quick service. Probably the most greasy burger i have boughtnfrom mcdonalds but it all added to the flavour
I have a sneaking suspicion that it was just like all the others.still the pick of the fast food bunch.for now
An Asian girl took my order and she was so rude. She took wrong order and when we said that's not we want, she looked very anoyed and said rudly.
I felt so bad all day because of her.
It's crowded to impossibility during peak hours but otherwise it's a decent place, with 2 counters Outside and Inside Melbourne central station. Has those ordering self serve kiosks so service has been improving lately.
Better than L2's Macca's.
This maccas seems alright overall. They do the standard menu although I've been here twice with friends and each time they lost orders. Were very quick to fix this when told though and the staff were friendly.
Been standing there for 5 mins and 4 staff are there doing nothing. Nobody helped me to order. Then another client came to another register. The second a Staff come and help. I don’t understand what wrong with them. But they are extremely rude and unprofessional
Like other franchises but opening hours are worth to check before hand and should mind the busy hours. Luckily, there are other restaurants in the food court.
15 mins for an iced latte and it was warm when I got it. Lovin' it. Not a one off. Mon-Fri regular.
Full disclosure: not a fan of McDonald's. This one's always busy during peak hours. RMIT being next door and free wifi means the tables are always full of kids studying and long lines
They always get my order incorrect, unfriendly dopey staff, slow and wait time is longer then other restaurants, go to the HJs nearby
Busy Maccas located in the downstairs food court at Melbourne Central. Can get busy and you might have to line up. Facilities are not great as the seating is all shared with other shops. Location is a bonus however.
Wouldn't serve the customer even though I patiently waited in line for about 5 minutes they still wouldn't serve
