McDonald's Melbourne Central Upper

Waited for nearly 10 mins for a couple of muffins and a hash brown - a little too slow given there were no other customers (and a staff team of 3 members) at the time at 11 am. The hash brown was not even considered warm. Coffee was the worst of all Maccas.

Once I ordered a caramel sundae extra caramel and there was a drop of syrup and I asked for more and he rolled his eyes
And then I ordered a meal and my number got called out and he only handed me a drink and I said Excuse me but where is the rest of my order? (Kindly) and he rolled his eyes and pointed to one of the 5 bags on the counter.
Please i know working in hospitality is tough and tiring but treat nice customers the way they treat you

Got food fast fries were hot as well as mcbites however the chesseburger was a lot drier than usual

Asked for extra pickles in my burger. Was told if I get two pickles that counts as extra. Absolute idiots.

They didn't put the small fries in my order! Again! Seriously? ! This is the third time!

Salad are not fresh， especially the tomatoes taste bad, I’ve get new one for three times and finally I choose to get chips instead

A very horrible experience. The males working there do not care. We had a single coke drink order and waited nearly 10 minutes for it. While they gossiped in this backroom, and looked at their phones.

Staff need to put customers first, not their Phones.

Sorry but never eating here again. Literally stuck at home with food poisoning after eating here.

I ordered McChicken burger and the lettuce is not fresh like the color is brown. Ice coffee no Sugar.not ordered again. Bruh.

I saw the staff doesn't blend the oreo mcflurry before serving, then call this an oreo ice cream, doesn't even follow the standards

Food was ok, arrived pretty quickly. My Big Mac was pretty oily, it was dripping which I’ve never seen before. It tasted ok but not the best McDonald’s I’ve had.

Cheeseburgers, byeah! Hotdogs, byno, no hotdogs? Darn.bug collection? Also byno, no bug collection.donuts? Bysometimes!

Delectable quarter pounder meal at an affordable price thank you Melissa and Nyuan for the cordial service despite the lunch peak crowd ️

There are plenty of seats available just facing Maccas stall and all around you in an oval shape is the spacious and roomy free-seating area

Had my medium sprite on the counter for like 5 minutes. Sprite flavour now diluted so it tastes like water.
Food was ok though.

Girl serving us was so rude, no greeting and literally no words exchanged at all throughout the entire process.wasn’t even busy at the time

Have tried their vegan burger 4 times from 4 different branches and this one makes the best McPlant

Staff are a bit slow. The coffee was frothy and nice. The Bacon and Egg McMuffin was alright. Bacon needs to be crispy

Not usually one to put a review on a McDonald’s of all places - but Natalie was truely what i believe customer service should be. Her tone, her efficiency and her ability to have a little moment the the customer really turned my day around. Just goes to show what a smile and a few McNuggets can do.

Got my food sat down realised they got my order wrong went back to change the cheese burger to a chicken n cheese because i don’t eat the tomato sauce (ketchup) at all the worker said to wait on the side where you get your food but then one of the cow mangers “i’m not going to change the burger”. Keep in mind i was nice i even said i would pay the difference if there was any difference & any maccas would straight away change the burger.

Did not get stabbed by eshays.nor did I get COVID
10/10 will not go back disappointed.burger was flat
