McDonald's Melbourne Central II

DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE! Between being told that I would have a 7 minute wait for my burger, being offered a chicken burger when I queried a beef burger, having to ask for a hot apple pie 3 TIMES, mumbling the order, more than once, so that even standing RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU we still can't make out what you're saying (instead of having the order number called out clearly) and having the order cool to barely above blood heat by the time it's bagged up and handed to me, I don't know where to start explaining my one star rating, except to say that I can't give a lower rating! Also, 18 minutes one burger and a hot apple pie is NOT my definition of "fast food" and if you aren't going to automatically put some serviettes in the bag (with what is OBVIOUSLY a greasy meal), you can at least offer them! Again, DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE!

Waited 10 minutes for my grilled chicken caesar salad and received a nasty packed salad in a burger box with no caesar sauce!

Not recommended for a quick bite. I wanted to quickly grab 24 nuggets before catching a train back home around 7: 30. It took them 11min to get my order to me. I give it to them that they were understaffed but I could literally see the nuggets were done, I was just losing priority to 'smaller orders', such as Frozen cokes and Icecreams, of people who came after me.

Not recommended went to McCafe for a quick coffee and a muffin on the way back to home It took them 20min to get my order to me.as I so they are running understaffed.

Couldn't give less than one star cause of the Asian supervisor bad customer service, which he should be an example of perfection for the rest of the crew.

Charged us for free water, the manager was really rude when we went to order she told us she wasn’t serving rudely, her name was hashini

It's McDonald's. There's nothing special about it, good or bad. People do their job serving food.

The only thing make this McDonald's different from others is that it is in Melbourne central. Everything else is same

Pretty average fast food restaurant in a mall. Super quick service but the machine did not print out my ticket so I had to ask which meal was mine when they called out an order number. Overall I was satisfied with my experience at an everyday McDonalds

They've always been fast and pretty accurate with the order, service when ordering can be rather rushed

It's a McDonald's. You know what you are getting. Other than the surreal nightmare of the St Kilda location or the burning, furious apathy of the Brunswick East one they are all the same. Eat somewhere else.

Went to Maccas today to grab the free quarter pounder, and so were 50 odd others were aswell. The store did great to keep up with the high demand! Only had to wait about 3 mins. Great staff

I've mainly had a pretty good experience here! There was a bit of a wait for my hot drink one time, as the only person on shift who could do McCafe was on a break, but the staff have always been polite, so no major issues.

Not sure if this one is downstairs next to metro customer service the Indian lady who serves their is a bit rude. Smile it doesn't hurt

Avoid at all costs

Regular MacD. Good service from staff. Crowd management is really good even on busy times. Good menu available here.

Usually fairly busy, I always fear for the staff walking from the food court counter to the station express counter, the floors look super slick there.

McDonalds serving both the Melbourne Central Lower Food Court and the patrons within the ticketed area of Melbourne Central station. As such, it can get very busy at times as one of the windows can be attended to more than the other and the length of lines see-saws between each sales window. Sells the usual Maccas fare: burgers, fries, shakes, and coffee.

Maccas is Maccas, nothing special about this one. It's in a pretty busy location though, so don't expect to find a seat at peak times.

Extremely busy and rushed, which is totally understandable, given the location. It is convenient, and the food is standard HJ quality.
