McDonald's Melbourne Central II

What's the big deal of getting two soft serve. They spent 10 mins preparing for 2 soft serves I guess lots of efforts and skills are needed to make a softserve.

Appalling service, cold food, missing items and combative management. Don’t bother- go elsewhere or even to another maccas

The staff working tonight (31.01.23) Vet ant Kathleen? Were so attentive in letting me know how long my food would take and keeping me updated. Maccas melb central should be proud of the exceptional quality of staff they employ! Fab job guys!

Ordered take away and seems no one take noticed of it. Takes ages to wait the order probably 10minutes and they’re not busy at all. I ended up leaving my order cause I am running late!

You should read this before buy something there ️️, Sometimes I go there to eat sundaes, if you are gonna take an order through the machine, pretty sure that it will not give you the receipt with your order's number (even if you paid by your card), so be vigilant and have a look on the monitor to see your number before it goes. (Note: for a reason if your number is 50 it will get out as 150)

Awesome great service and great food too, usually when I get food from McDonalds it isn't that organised and prepared but when I got it from here it was pretty good, I was expecting the lines for ordering to be long but it wasn't as long as I expected. I recommend this place if you are looking for a McDonalds in Melbourne.

The staff didn't put my drink on the serving table so in the middle of my meal realised that my drink went missing. And I asked the staff for it, no apologies, no smile, the customer service is awful.

Guy who served me at the counter was really rude when i asked for a soft serve with flake, looked at me as if he didn't know what is was, then he asked someone they helped him and he said back in a correctional tone "its not called a soft serve, its called a cone.ask for a cone. " and its like? The website even calls it a soft serve? I get maybe he was new but he was really rude about it and made me feel embarrased for calling it a soft serve.then the lady who handed it to me knocked the icecream on her arm and proceeded to give it to me like i didn't see what happened.ive never had a good experience here lol, the auto machines also werent working with no sign or anything to tell people so then everyone was pushing in and aklsjnglkjgangblkm, dfgb

I would avoid ordering from here. Too busy and they make lots of mistakes. Ordered a couple sundaes and they forgot about it. Asked them again after 10 minutes and they realised. Hurried to make a messy sundae which went all over my hands.

Their icecream machine made my icecream so barley frozen that it slipped off the cone and fell they didn't give me a new one and turned off the icecream machine after so they used me as a test subject

The racist manager made her staff check my $50 to see if it was not fake because I was a brown person. Isn’t my $$$ good enough? Do they check this with everyone! How bloody rude! Never going there again!

Had blue mold in my Burger bun, gave me food sickness - _- only noticed when I was 3/4 finished.
Never had an issue with them in the past, and they are decently priced so not 1 star. Will be checking the buns every time I go to maccas from now on.

Ordered a mcflurry took 10 minutes to receive it. They decide to give me one with half the amount of ice cream you would usually get and barely any Oreo. Don't go here.

Usually pretty good, but I got the absolute saddest Big Mac this morning. Bro everything was in between the two bottom buns. Just didn’t taste right

Ordered a small fries, and the lady didnt know how to count the money and made me pay a dollar extra. The chips were cold too.

Probably a negative experience. Staff seems quite in pressure and so they don't treat the customers happily.

Most times pretty average food, quite slow most times as well. I ordered a meal and went back to my office to have it. One sip of my drink I realised it was warm and must have been sitting there a while and still given it to me. Surely they would have realised. Probably should have checked it but still not great service quality. Even though it's maccas, standards still should be higher

Most disheartening experience on 15th Feb. I order a tea with sugar separate but they gave me boiling hot tea. I have order the tea to drink not to take home to boil pasta. When I open the cup flip on me and I got second degree burnt with my whole thigh skin peeled off. The most uncompassionate people I have seen on earth and they simply deny to take the even a little responsibality of it.
