38Ordered grilled chicken wraps.received crispy chicken. Wrap was cold, probably est in 2017. Tasted alright tbf. Mcflurry came with NO CHOCOLATE SAUCE. MnMs (including extra) scattered carelessly on top. Sad.
Great location. Good parking available. People who serve seem confused during brunch hours in the drive through. Online orders and pickup through the drive through also creates confusions. And serving with a smile is not true anymore here. Might be due to the 'Rush'.
Only one of the self service screens working and had to wait to use that (someone was using it) because there was not one staff member serving at the counter. Pathetic service.
Seriously this is getting ridiculous.
It's either uncooked or burnt. In addition to being burnt today it didn't even have enough ham to cover the sandwich

After trying to use the stupid touch screens to order. Finally found a young lady to take my order. Good coffee.
Fries were good. 14 minutes from speaker box to receive meal. Got to 3rd Windows to find no shakes available. Had 2 previous chances to tell me before paying and out of pocket with a lesser option
Everyday m drinking Coffee in morning. Most of the time I am not getting Chocolate syrup in my ice mocha and twice they changed it with latte
Excellent Customer Service - Thanks to Crystal, Amelia and Lauren for the friendly service despite the early hour of my visit. Upbeat despite it being 4am and managing my expectations informing when I placed my order there would be a 2 minute wait. Hey - you know it's fresh! Thanks to Crystal and the Team giving me a GREAT start to my long day ahead.
The last few times we have ordered here it has been disgusting and sickening. We always ask for fresh because its late and dont want the old stale cold stuff. But the orders we have been receiving are just so oily, greasy and not even contrsucted properly. The burgers are just an absolute mess. It makes you want to throw up when you first open the box/wrapper. They seriously need new management and new training of the staff in the kitchen. Its not right to present food like that to paying customers. Have a bit of human decency and respect. Take pride in your work. Never coming back here. Gross.
Establishment is nice crispy clean. However 1 star review because I ordered Uber Eats (Stage 4 Restriction) and I do not have a car. I ordered 2 Late Night Bundles which altogether should have come with 4 McFlurries (I have 4 boys who were looking forward to them) and to my dismay, they did not forget just the 1 McFlurry, they forgot ALL 4.
I rang them and was like bruh. I just done an UberEats order and didn't receive ANY of the McFlurries. I did receive 4 spoons though. The lady who answered was nice, she said to come in and the 4 will be replaced but the whole point of me Uber Eatsing was.to not go into the restaurant at all. I have no car and I don't want to be out with people.
I know it's good to try and be timely efficient with orders and so forth but it doesn't take more than 5mins to recheck what is going out with the Uber Eats driver.
Food is always cold, half the time my order isn't correct (always check people) and the drinks are always watery.
Just please train your staff better.
I had cravings for a hamburger from "Maccas" at 1.30am Thursday morning, my husband and I usually go to the McDonald's in Synnott street Werribee, but he decided to go to the McDonald's restaruant on the Maltby bypass. He'd ordered and got 2 frozen mango fantas as he was leaving (and he was away from the restaurant) a fox ran out in front of the car resulting in my husband having to slam on the brakes which resulted in frozen fanta spilt all over the car. So he went back to get 2 more drinks.but when he got back the fanta had run out. There was a girl named Renee working (I hope I've spelt her name correctly) who kindly replaced the drinks free of charge, she didn't have to do that and we certainly didn't expect her to as my husband had driven away. But Renee displayed excellent customer service and it was greatly appreciated. So to Renee who was working at 1.30am on Thursday 25th of June thank you very much from both my husband and I.
We were the only car in drive through and we got sent to the waiting bay after a lil wait our food came out and it was all cold. Cold fries cold burgers and they even messed up our order
Cold stale food every visit. Missed a part of my order and instead of adding it at the window they made.me drive through again to order it. I live 2 mins away, id rather drive 10 more mins to werribbee maccas.
May be the friendliest female staff member on the drive through I have ever come across. I was impressed about that. Food is your typical Maccas. All good.
They stuff up taking our order then don't charge us the right price, then charge us more, won't give us the receipt then we get our order and it's wrong.
Very rude staff and order was missing items, instead of handing over the missing items at the drive-thru pickup window, they demanded my friend started over at the start of the drive-thru and re-order our missing items from scratch.
