McDonald's Maltby Bypass

Been to this restaurant a couple of times over the past three years as it's open late on on the way home.since my previous review (which was 1 star), a lot has changed.

Food's is always hot when I order and the staff are so friendly. I've only had to wait for food once since, and that was about 15 mins tops.

I drove through for a double bacon egg mufin meal. The bacon was terrible covered in black burnt bits and greasy as half of the cheese was on the wrapping.coffee was ok

Go here if you don't want to be served and food quality is no good even though maccas is no good anyway

One of the few stores who make sure that Large Fries are actually larger than Medium Fries in terms of the volume.

Went through drive through with a large online order was given the hot drink straight away and asked to go to waiting bay. Simply asked if the food took a while as it usually does for a large order can the hot drink be made fresh and was spoken to rudely being told no it’s been made already. Absolutely no need to be soo rude when speaking to a customer. Was simply asking so hot drink wasn’t cold by the time food finally come out. Even the frozen drinks were made straight away as they came out not frozen at all

Went in this morning for a coffee and toastie, it took a while to get but it was a morning rush so understandable, maltby is a very clean restaurant compared to others in the area

Great McDonald's, definitely one of the better and more consistent ones in the area.

This is the one I usually go to and the service is usually flawless.

There has been a few occasions where some of the items ordered were missed or the Burgers were put together a bit carelessly but this was mainly during peak periods when they were probably in a rush.

One thing I would mention though is be careful when ordering non-standard breakfast items in the morning, I've found that you will either get the freshest burgers and chips or you'll get ones that from the night before that have gone stale.

Went through the drive thru, ordered a chicken fillet burger came up as a filet o fish changed it back and only got 2 chicken fillets. Who orders 2 chicken fillets for $11.95. Safe to say I will not be returning smh‍️

Matlby by pass McDonald is delcious! The crew there are so amazing! Some girl names chloe made my coffee and it was a 10/10.

Vibes are always here at maltby bypass maccas, me and the lads love to come here after crackin open some cold ones, crazy meal sesh spot to hit after some blessed pres, would recommend yyyeeeeewwwwwww!

This store is filled with lovely people and strive for the best customer service and food quality. They’re so slay

No toilet paper, floor chairs and tables dirty. You would think at 8am these would be clean.

The staff were fabulous but the restaurant itself was disgusting. All the tables were dirty, chairs and floors had food on them. We had to ask staff to clean our table and chairs. Food and coffee were cold.

The owner's of this business need their a$$es kicked. Very understaffed and you can see that they are stressed

Convenient in this fast paced world. Just another McDonald's with all the normal things.

Convenient location for the side of Werribee that's in heavy residential development. Good playground for the kids. Staff are keen and friendly.

Forgot at ask to have cheese not added to a burger. They were happy to take it back and make a freshy for us.

Management needs to teach the staff on diversity and respect towards customers. I was there with my 6 year old who loves maccas but had a bad experience there from a staff member. I am a regular there as I live nearby but my daughter was able to notice the mean attitude from the staff member present. Our order was not even correct upon reaching home, fries and sauce were missing. We were not rude at all but thought it best to raise our concern.
Please educate your staff.

Best maccas out there. Manger valusia helped with ordering my large hot fudge sundae as the kiosk wasn't working. Grace Kelly put the perfect amount of hot fudge in between the ice cream. If I could 10 stars I would. Peace out

You would think doing your job everyday you would remember how to make your burgers!
Is everyone on causal there or something? Is that why you guys can’t remember how to do things!?

Also found hair in one of my burgers! You guys should wear hair nets!
